I just tried to update my logo file and the image kept appearing twice on the header. I would like to have my logo appear, once, on the centre top of the page as it was before.

I did find an old thread where someone had this problem, but in following the directions posted I did not see my issue resolved.

Any help would be appreciated!

I would like to know if it is possible to display my site to fit to the width of the screen. I only have one sidebar plus the main section. Both are centered on the screen with quite a bit of empty space to both sides. TIA

Any idea how to get the star-rating on products working correctly? I am using Lucienne theme and currently have one 5-star review on a product. However, the site is showing star ratings on four product ranging from 1 to 4.

However, I would like to modify it slightly.
By default, posts are displayed by date. So I would like the carousel to be something like a reminder of older posts. Is it possible for the carousel to display a random first post from certain categories? The next ones would be displayed chronologically, but the first would be a kind of archive reminder.

I am having trouble trying to link my blog posts to their categories on my primary menu. When I click on any of the categories on the menu, it opens to a page with all of my blog posts, not the blogs that should correspond to that category. I have tested this with the categories widget, and the widget seems to work fine. Is there something else I need to do to have each category on my primary menu open its own page with corresponding blog posts?

Hi guys I am really struggling to get the exact same look of the Author Box Widget as shown on Lucienne theme. Can someone help me with the below? I want to get the following

– I want the photo to be on the top centre and with grey boarder as a circle outside the photo as shown in Lucienne theme. If you check my page you’ll see it looks nothing like that now.
– then I want my name to appear as it appears on the theme (font and size and underlined) so it’s consistent with the other titles on the blog
– I do not want the photo OR the name to be clickable. I don’t want any of the Author widget to link to a page. Now the photo, the name and the ‘see author posts’ all link to the same page which i don’t want
– I also want to remove ‘See author posts’
– I want social icons to be center aligned as on Lucienne theme

Is there a way to eliminate the categories on the carousel – so all you are seeing is the title and the tagline?

For example, would like to lose “contemplations and silly life observations, front page” from the first article.

I’ve just chosen the category and the number of posts, but I don’t find anything about making move the carousel, or choosing the time delay

I got a problem with this template.

I can’t use the template “no sidebar” for a page.

Before, without sidebar, there was this error message : fatal error: Call to undefined function woocommerce_breadcrumb()
line 12 woocommerce.php (Something like that)
I finally install woocommerce extension ? And got now, the page without content.

Is there a way to remove the post preview from the carousel? I want to keep it for the posts but would rather it were removed for the carousel to give a different look.

I’m just wondering how the home page in the demo was created… carousel at the top, a welcome to the website under that and then the latest posts under that.

I would like to change the image of my social icon. To do so, I installed the plugin Menu icons but when I uploaded the image, it didn’t work (the fbk icon isn’t changed). Could you please tell me if there are any CSS code that I should add? thank you very much for your help!

Is there a way to disable the carousel on mobile devices but keep it active on desktops?

I’m wondering if there’s a way to fix the alignment of the grid (of the posts, the grid that’s below the carousel). It’s very crooked, showing more of less text below the image for different posts.

Also, is there a way to make the date in the grid and at the start of the posts appear in one language? Right now it’s showing the day and month in Dutch (my preferred language) and the date in English. Speaking of language: is it possible to change ‘Continue reading’ in the carousel into something else, as well as the ‘previous post’/’next post’ text below each post?

Last question: is it possible to insert an Instagram-icon next to all the other social media icons in the author box?

I would like to change the carousel code in order to get topics from all categories.
I tried to change the code from carousel.php but unfortunately it gets only the first from multiple category IDs I add on the code.

I’m loving the Lucienne theme, but on the carousel, my thumbnails are zoomed in very very closely, distorting the picture and making it so that you can’t tell what the images are. Any help on how to make this ‘zoom out’ would be greatly appreciated!

WP has an auto correct function that “corrects” consecutive hyphens – into a solid line. In my case this is an undesired function. “Corrects” – – – into a solid line —
I have a morse code script on the header of my site that is therefore displayed incorrectly. In my About page I was able to use a short code to eliminate the auto-correction function of WP and add a hyperlink so the morse code is displayed correctly. Would appreciate information as to what script I could add to the Lucienne theme to eliminate the WP auto correct function on the front page. Thank you.

Hi, so I have managed to make a transparent box behind all content on my website, however, where the individual page content goes, such as on my ‘about’ page, I’d like an additional box with less transparency, only behind the actual text to make it more visible. Is this possible?
