The support has been outstanding. I am new to WordPress and they have taken the time to answer all my questions promptly and professionally before and after I purchased the theme. I have requested slight modifications to the themes to give it the look I am wanting for my store and they promptly make the modifications. I could not ask for better support. I highly recommend VFThemes for your e-commerce website.
