Theme Matina is beautiful. But, the theme is heavy on images which slows down my site’s loading speed.
If I compress the images, they look stretchy. Is there a way to make the images within blog posts smaller but auto-fit on any device?
Example of the stretchy image:
Note: I re-uploaded the current images and compressed them but still, speed insights reflects an issue with image sizes.
]]>Hi Guys
I have a static landing page as my home page on Theme Matina. I want to add the theme’s home page to my main menu for the Blog. I can’t find a way to do this except by blog categories, which is not what I want.
Is there a way around this?

]]>The update of the icon image fails. I have updated the icon image using the toolbar on the top of the website, namely using the push button customize, theme options, Header, Side Identity and updating the icon image (circle full pink), finally publishing. However, the update is not published, and I see the old icon image (circle full white). I have cleaned the cash and delete all the old images in media, but nothing changes.
I have tried to make the some procedure using the right toolbar on the bulletin board, choosing firstly Appearance and Customize, and the some procedure before, but nothing changes with the update. Then, I have tried Appearance and Header, and the same procedure as before and now after the update the new icon appear until I am in Header, but nothing change the url of the website. Why the system upload the right image and doesn’t update it. I have also renamed the file. What is the problem?
Please, could you help me?
Thanks in advance.
I cant get my banner to display properly on mobile or tablet and I cant seem to find where I should change the image settings to correct it
]]>Hi, I’m having problems with the view of the website on the mobile phone.
Everything looks great but the logo that gets streched.
Please help fixing it.
Thanks
The navigation menu on the desktop version of my site has white text. But on mobile, the navigation menu background becomes white and you can’t read that text. It only shows up if you hover over it.
I tried using custom CSS I found on help forums to change just the mobile menu background or the text but nothing has worked. When I change the color manually, while being on mobile view, the desktop version changes as well.
How do I go about fixing this?
]]>Hello,
I have two questions about the mobile view of my WordPress site.
1) When I go to the website on a mobile phone and open the sidebar menu, I don’t see the category texts unless I tap on it. I thought it might be because the text color was white but I checked and that doesn’t appear to be the case. How can I make sure the text shows up and can be read?
2) Is there any way to make the feature image on my blog posts bigger for the mobile version? Right now, I see a small picture and a lot of unnecessary space between the picture and the heading.
Thanks in advance!
