The remaining blocks in the child theme are displayed.

I am having trouble getting a plugin for comment subscriptions to work. I’ve tried several, but none of them work. I know it’s not my plugins, because even with all of them enabled the comment subscription checkbox suddenly works when I’m using a different theme.

I’m experimenting with using Mercury as a web app (using this plugin FYI). I’ve noticed that clicking on reply doesn’t load the comment box properly; instead it redirects to the post’s page’s comment box. Is there anything that can be done about that?

Anyone know how to make the theme not automatically focus on the textarea when viewing the site on a smartphone? I love that this theme is responsive and looks great on all screens, but the auto-focus is annoying because the page loads and if you try to scroll to see content it immediately zooms in and displays the keyboard.

p.s. what is permalink exactly do ?
I looked up and it said … Permalinks are the permanent URLs to your individual weblog posts, as well as categories and other lists of weblog postings. A permalink is what another weblogger will use to link to your article (or section), or how you might send a link to your story in an e-mail message. The URL to each post should be permanent, and never change — hence permalink.

Instead of floating right to the main div the sidebar is floating below it. If I change the width to 19% it floats correctly. How can I fix this? Thank you.

I recognize this might be outside of the scope, but I’m hoping someone might be able to help me out. The css being applied to avatars is over-riding the smaller avatar image that bbPress attempts to create in a forum: see this. So the avatar is large, but the resolution is still small, resulting in a pixelated avatar.

I was happy to see a responsive P2 theme and installed it on various discussion groups I’m administrating.

Though I had to fix two things viewing the webpage on my Samsung S3 mini for both horizontal and vertical viewing.

I’m using tekst for the sitename and no logo in header and I wanted the search widget to be on the same line.

I changed the css to Sitename and Site description positioning in header and sizing of seach widget in sidebar. This is the css-code I’ve used:

Happy to see this theme! I installed P2, and it works fine on its own when activated. Installed and activated and Mercury. It loads fine, but when I put the cursor in the post box, I get an error message: “Whoops! Looks like you’re not connected to the server. P2 could not connect with WordPress.”

What’s that about, do you know?

I recently installed your theme. I was wondering how to add author images to the posts as shown in the demo version of the theme. Also, is it possible to display separate images for each contributing author?

Hello and I really love your theme.
The rendering of post and media is just great.
I am running currently p2 with a front posting plugin called status from wpmudev. This status enables me to post links with preview of thumbnail and text excerpt posted like facebook and this is great.
Now p2 works out with this status. The same with your child theme BUT there is an issue that happens with your theme not p2.
When I post a link with status your theme makes the plugin fetch and publish the preview text of the last posted link not its own. The plugin status does post rhe link and the link thumbnail but the text excerpt of the link is not its own one. Instead is published the text of the earlier posted link.
Currently I monitoring the php errors. This is a new install and I disabled all other plugins. The p2 theme instead when used as standalone does no do that. The site that is tested currently is https://kby.li/
I have that issue coming up earlier several times and maybe other plugin were the cause but here right now I see mercury doing it.

Is there a limit for image galleries ?. It happens that I can not add more photos, I have to delete any photo and then let me upload a new one.

Is limitation is due to the theme?.

Please help me to change these options:
comment boxes be under a post by default. In the other hand we see post and next comment box and next comments.

comments be listed from newer to older. I select this option from WordPress options but for new comments it doesn’t work unless we refresh the page.

in P2 recent comments widget when mouse going on post title and we try to read comment, a peace of comment show under avatar.

I want to use editor of WordPress in post box and comment boxes. How can I do that?
