Hi I’m very satisfied with how the theme is working on my two sites but as the navigation structure becomes more complex I am finding the reordering of menu items – usually to place an additional item where it should go – extremely difficult and irritating to the point of dysfunctionality.Is there any hope for a simple drag and drop reordering solution?

Writing in hopes that Rara Themes (Metro Magazine) would consider, from a performance standpoint, to steer away from jquery and embrace vanilla/pure javascript.

I like your theme. It’s user friendly indeed. I am using the free version.

But I seriously consider to use the premium version if:

a) Featured section can update automatically
b) Top section can update itself automatically
c) Middle section can update automatically whenever there’s updated article/post.

If that possible?

Or at least, featured section can have auto update. Because, manual update will be so tedious dan time consuming.

I tryed to create a child theme, to make customization without need to upload changed files everytime I upgrade the version. But it absolutely doesn’t work. I also made it via plugin, to be sure not to miss any step, and it doesn’t work the same. Can anyone help?

I try to use this theme on a wordpress site with more than 50 000 articles.
When I try to load the homepage, this kind of queries appear in my MySQL processlist :

The query is so long and slow that MySQL is completly stucked, the server load increase to more than 10 (it’s not a very powerful server) and PHP-fpm stop the page loading cause of timeout.

Page admin is unavailabe too. The only solution is to stop apache, restart mysql, change the theme in options table (to Donovan in my case) and … uninstall Metro Magazine to avoid activate it one more time. Donovan theme works load the homepage in less than 1s.

It’s sad because the theme is great but I can’t use it.

Since updating, the latest news and articles no longer show on the main page.

Can I revert back to 1.3.3?

I don’t want the “latest articles” to be loaded when activating the category section. How can I stop this?

Also I don’t want to see “Startseite” above the category section main page. How can I delete this?

The Top Category Section on homepage only loads when also the category section is activated. This is not what I expect. What can I do?

Hello, when in the theme customizer:
Home Page Settings -> Category Section -> Select Category Four

I can easily change the category with the dropdown. The problem is I want to change the image associated with this section and do not know how to. Can you please direct me to where this image is located so I can replace it with my own image? Thanks!

when showing posts on page /wp-admin/edit.php. I have found that it can be suppressed by adding

..to a child theme but there’s probably a better fix.

Hi, I am using Metro Magazine Theme – Free Version, for my blog healthtechage.com, I like this theme but the problem that I am facing is with the featured post section at the home page and the blog page, all the posts appeared scattered even after installing regenerate thumbnail plugin recommended by the theme author. I already contacted the theme author using support ticket option. Any Help would be highly appreciated.

Hi guys – I just updated the theme to 1.1.0 and I suddenly have 2 menu’s on my page. I can’t seem to figure out how to delete the second one.

Can you help please?

The search icon and menu icons in the header are suddenly not clickable anymore. Possibly since the new WordPress update.

And this page i want to generate are not the home page but the blog page.
