This theme does not have tons of features but this is a good thing as it is simple with no complications. What it does, it does very well indeed. In particular, I appreciate the ease of being able to select and move around the featured news items which appear almost like a banner. It also displays very well on mobile devices which is crucial.
I’d like to add that I had to contact support via email and received a quick response and were able to fix my problem perfectly. You don’t always get this level of support on a free theme!
I would consider the pro version but at the moment the free version meets my needs perfectly.
