My Instagram footer feed no longer works. It says “Instagram has returned invalid data”

Under Theme Options > Color Accent I want to change the color that my links in my posts appear in. But every time I change the color accent, it changes the background color of the “Category” the post is under. When I hit “default” it changes the text and the background to blue so it appears as a blue box.

Example: I want the accent color to be pink, but now the background of the category is pink while the text is blue.

I cannot change the header and footer background color to white. I am a graphic designer rather than a developer so I understand I may have not set up the coding in the most efficient way.

Is there a way I can have the primary navigation placed under the site identity logo above the bottom border? Also, can I have it fixed to that location so it doesn’t overlap the content and scroll with the page?
