please, how to fix, that also pictures work as links not just the titles?

For example on the homepage the first tile “Small Talk #10: Foraging Weather” – text works as a link, but the picture in background no.

Dear Team,

I am looking forward for helping me in modifying Minimalist portfolio theme.
I am struggling with navigation menu modification, where Menu entries are “underlined” by default and it just looks bad.
I went through Hamilton theme css, Minimalist Css, but even if deleting everyone underline section, the underline is still present.

Is there anything hidden?

I recently installed the Minimalist portfolio. I love the look and feel of this theme, but unfortunately, I’m not able to set a featured image. This functionality does not appear when I’m creating a gallery or a page.

The screenshots are a bit different from my version of WordPress and I can’t seem to find where I can identify a featured image for each of my galleries.

Could someone teach me how to fix this:

I’m using the Minimalist Portfolio (child theme of Hamilton) with the Easy Photography Portfolio.

The thumbnails on my front/main page (Art|Work) seem to be clickable (mouse turns into a finger point cursor), but when I click it, it doesn’t lead to the corresponding page. I’m not sure if I just haven’t properly linked the page to the thumbnail or if it’s something else.

I have problems with the menu and it unfolds me into two lines one above and one below, how can I put it on one line? Thanks

Hi. Is it possible to delete word “Archives” from the header image of portfolio?

Is there a way to change the size of the featured image in posts? Right now it is way too large, and resizing the image in editor itself only makes the image blurry on the blog post. Thanks!

I may be crazy, but I simply cannot find a way to show my blog posts in the Main Nav bar. I can link categories easily, but not simply all blog posts. Any tips?

I just used this theme for my graphic design portfolio and really like it. My site was live as of two days ago.

Everything seemed OK until today when I looked at it on my phone. For some reason, there is the toggle which should be there and then the desktop menu display is there as well. It is only happening on mobile and tablet views. The desktop view seems to be OK.

When I look at it locally, it is fine, but for some reason, it is not displaying correctly.

Can someone please help?

I started building a portfolio site with this theme and I did the tutorial but I still can’t find the answer. In the tutorial there is no title between the portfolio entries and the menu bar. For some reason I have a lot of white space and the title of the page showing then the portfolio pictures. I can not figure out how to remove these.My page isn’t currently active so I don’t know how I can share a picture of what I mean.

I have received an automated email from WordPress saying this following fatal error in the theme Minimalist Portfolio is a major problem. Can you advise?

It seems that after update or plugin or changes i did the mobile menu isn’t working.
it shows tha mobile menu button but it doesn’t show the menu.

This site uses the Minimalist theme:.https://sharoncravenkinzer.com/ I’d like to be able to share the site on Facebook. But when I post the link, no image displays in the Facebook post. I’ve disabled the “Phototection” plugin. I also ran my link through the Facebook “debugger.” I still can’t get images from the home page or the portfolio pages to display on Facebook.
Is there a fix?

I’m just setting up my portfolio. Once I have artwork in the portfolio, I want to use my blog to feature new/additional work. But is there a way to automatically add the blog post to the portfolio through categories? Or do I have to add the art to the portfolio manually in addition to creating the blog post?

I’m just thinking about SEO and Google rankings. If I only add images to the portfolio, then I don’t think that helps my SEO.

Tutorial was exceptional! I’ve been searching for help for quite a while to set this up. Until now, I’ve been so confused about how to do this and I’m so grateful that you took the time to create this tutorial. It’s truly excellent. Amazingly generous of you.

Hi all.

I’ve been trying to remove underlines for hyperlinks, by using CSS below:

a {
text-decoration: none;
}

The outcome didn’t really go well. Underlines still exist.

The target has been attached to the ticket as a reference.

Any one may give a hand to scan up and give out some useful tips, please?

I have an issue with mobile menu.
Once clicked, it opens correctly, but all the secondary menu are already open and if you have many sublist the menu become so long and messy.

Is there any way to keep only the first level open, with the next levels opening on click?

Steps to reproduce:
1) create a new portfolio entry
2) click “add image” in the portfolio page and upload a new image, save
3) Go to media library and check out the image. It says “uploaded to <portfolio>”
4) Edit the portfolio and remove the image
5) check the image in library. Still says “uploaded to <portfolio>”
6) delete the portfolio
7) check the image in library. Still says “uploaded to <portfolio>”

Also the permalink of images uploaded via the plugin is different than the standard – which leads to results like “…/portfolio/test__trashed/p1000929b/” if a portfolio is deleted.

How can I remove the footer in the sidebar menu? It says by Colormelon so I assume it’s in the child theme and not in the Hamilton theme.

My photos in my portfolio used to be in Masonry form, by now they are in the single column format. I have not changed anything! And in my portfolio settings, it says I am in Masonry format. However, it’s not showing up that way. I was so close to sharing my website and now I have encountered this problem!! How do I fix this? Not only are the portfolio cover pictures in this layout, but the photos within each portfolio entry. I need them to all be in Masonry format.

Hi there,

Is it possible to add a video to an existing portfolio entry page that is only images? I realize that you can use the “add media” button. This method centers the video and separates it from the images. Also, when scrolling down it lightens the video to separate it from the images. I would like the video to be with the existing images.

Is there an option where visitors can like, pin and share the blog post if they wish to?

Could you kindly help fix the below issue?

under the title, the categories are shown as “In travel, United States, Virginia” and beside that is “Add comment”… I do not want the categories to appear like this below the title, how do I make them a drop down option when the cursor is pointed or clicked on the “blog” heading in the home page? When visitor places cursor on “blog” heading they should see a dropdown as United States (other countries as I add later)… and when the cursor hovers over United States, they should be able to see Virginia as one of the State options (other States should appear when added later). The idea of doing this is to have multiple categories based on which visitors can filter the content instead of having to scroll down all over the page to find what they want to read…

2) And can we remove “add comment” from the top area and move it to below the post?
