I’m using GoDaddy’s MINS theme and am stumped on how to go about changing the cityscape image that is used under the header on the Blog page. The page was created using the MINS theme blog template page. I’ve tried numerous times to find where to edit the image (page code, block editor for the page and theme editor), but can’t figure it out. I’m hoping someone can help me here. Thanks in advance!

In the past week I discovered that my home page menu is no longer showing. After an update, the menu now shows on desktop and tablet, but continues to have either of these issues when on mobile
1) Menu and submenus doesnt disappear (hover or not hover) and is permanent

2) Menu doesnt appear at all

Any help would be really appreciated.

After WordPress updated a little over a week ago, the background video in my header section posted itself in a similar way as a regular embedded video.

What you see now on the site is the header featured image with the video floating on top. The video used to be in the background across the entire header “Hero” section with the text on top.

I’m not sure what I need to do to fix this back to the way it was. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can someone help me with my footer? I finally have the pages looking right and not in column format. However, there is too much white space above them. I reduced the padding of the footer and it moved a tiny bit. So, perhaps it is not actually the footer?

What can I do?

The page title in the hero doesn’t adjust size for mobile. I end up having one word splitted up.

I would like to remove “Posts” from my blog post pages. I am using mims theme.

I use Mins theme and want to divide Header Media into two parts:
1.the left side is the only image
2.the right side is blank space for write description but I don’t know how to split it.

Can someone help me? I cannot find any function to change it.

Hi there, I’ve used custom css to remove the header on my site but whenever I load the site on a mobile I can see the header and the page title ‘home’ until my page fully loads. It doesn’t look very professional and I would like to never see the grey header or title again. Can anyone suggest anything? Thank you

Is there a way to make title size responsive to screen size? – one of my page titles “consultation” wraps, but breaks at whatever letter doesn’t fit depending on the screen, so not at natural breaks in the word. Is there a way to get it to adjust to screen size? ??

I have been trying to upload header pictures in various formats, but always the pictures is displayed in blurry. In addition to that picture is occupying the whole area without giving any text place.

Hi, I’d like to switch to mins theme but am having trouble figuring out how to add a “cover” picture on front page. I tried mins but switched back to current theme – Radcliffe – when I couldn’t get that to work.

I tried using a header image and resizing but it wasn’t mobile responsive and I plan to remove headers from all other pages…so not sure the best way to make this happen.

i want to decrease the height of the page title bar on all of my pages but i don’t know how to – can anyone help me?

The words “Our Services” and the three-column formatting for text on the home page are gone. The rest of the page is fine, including header image, text and images, footers, etc.

In a hurry, I logged in, went to Dashboard > Welcome to WordPress > Edit your front page. I made the edit I wanted and published without previewing (and without going through Themes to do this…my bad). I think that action hijacked some Mins code.

Also, there’s no longer a place in Themes to make any home page text changes for this “box.” And, no “template” in the page design dropdown on the home page editing page.

I tried going back to a previous version, but that only affected the text, not the formatting.

Any ideas? If I can’t fix this, my only choice it seems is to pick a new theme and start over. Thanks for your help!

I inserted a header video and an image as a backup for loading. The video is not working. I’m new to WordPress and I’m thinking this is probably an easy fix, but if you can point me to it, that would be great!

I’d like to “at the very least” hide the page title in the image which I refer to as the header of the About page.

Actually, I’d rather insert the same image “logo” there that I have on the home page. And if you also know how to move it to the center, that’d be ever better. ??

I am using the video header option provided in this theme, with a video from a YouTube URL. I’ve read that the default functionality of the video header is for it to loop, but mine doesn’t. Is there a way to change something so that the video header either loops or doesn’t loop? The only control I seem to have is to paste in the YouTube URL, and I can’t find anything related in the theme’s files either.

Hello. Beautiful Theme with lots of potential. I failed to find the code to edit the font size for the header that is shown over the header picture. With longer post names the header text is shown in 3 rows or more. I try to find a way to use smaller text size and possibly to show it all across the header image and not just on the right side. Thank you for your help.

Is it possible to put the hero background above the nav menu in this theme?

I’d like to add a sidebar with two widgets to the posts page (called Show Notes on my site), but the theme doesn’t allow adding a sidebar to that page, and I can’t seem to overwrite it manually. Can you help?
