after a search, there seems to be a duplicate of variables and a #038 that is showing up in the URL which is breaking page 2 and above..
It looks like this in the address bar once you click on link to page 2 or the “next” button:
?s&types&location#038;types&location&paged=2

Please advise.

Hi all,
We are building a website for a project.
When we add a couple of levels of sub items to a menu item for properties(we have 4 different menu items on the main menu which spans all pages).

The first level of sub items for Properties appears indented( subitems are For Rent, For Sale) but that places those menu items under the next main menu item (Book). Its extremely hard to select either of those two sub items. Is there anyway to pull those first level of sub items directly under properties and then allow the subitems for Rent and For Sale to be indented.

Hi, when I type in specifics such as bedrooms or price in my property search bar it isn’t filtering them as if I were to just click search. Anyone know why this could be?

I’ve just installed and done some editing on Modern Estate for my business as our site was hacked and I’m in need of getting something up temporarily ASAP!

I REALLY need to disable the mobile/responsive elements to the site and just go for standard full screen display as it looks horrific in mobile view.

I have tried removing all the responsive CSS and @media in the CSS but it isn’t seem to be working.. I also looked for viewport in header.php but couldnt find anything..

I would like to display my properties on a page that is not the front page. The demo site shows that this is possible. How do I do this? I have added all the information for my property but do not see a way to display it on a page that is not the front page.

Dear Support,

WPML is unable to translate the main Registered Taxonomy of ERE’s from English to Arab, including the “Search” button’s text. I’ve applied and checked WPML’s procedures more than once, no use. So it may be something to do with ERE.

I’m using Modern State Pro child theme. This is a demo site: https://drabeel.com/?lang=ar (I’m editing on a local server). Notice the main menu’s four titles are in English while the content (Locations) is in Arabic.

BTW, the sub-taxonomies translate easy as a translation button appears within the sub-tax window.

Hi there. Your theme is pretty good, but the lack of documentation is a heck of a hurdle.

I finally got the Property Search widget to appear after entering all the property data and classifying them properly (there was no need to set the home page to static as stated in one of the responses you made). The issues I’m facing right now are:

*Padding on search results is messed up (no padding on left and too much padding on the right)

*Search results don’t show thumbnails of the properties.

*There’s an unlabeled button on the right which doesn’t seem to serve any purpose.

I’m trying to figure out how to disable these two functions on my webpage though I’m not being successful. There is always either of the following; search box / enter search term / floating empty text box on all my webpages.

When I do some google searching the recommendations are to modify out the search.php file of my template which I suppose I could do though I’m hoping for an easier solution?

realtor wants to create a page for properties he’s sold. He’d like to keep it just like the format used on all of the property pages. Is there an easy way to do this? modify the database? Any kind of shortcode?

After Removing the Sidebar as you suggested to “Kvetch!” , which worked fine, I would like the page to be centered. I do not want a “full-width” page, but the same width when a sidebar is being used.

What do you suggest as the best way to accomplish that?

Hi, I have a website https://www.guwahatiproperties.in where I have placed the front page search widget. The issue is that I can’t the search options (taxonomies) in two columns as should be.

I can’t get the sidebar to be removed from the home page.

I want the sidebar on the blog page, but not on the home page. When I go into edit pages and select full width, or landing page it is still showing the sidebar. How can I fix it?
