I have pages where I embed my WordPress posts. This usually displays the featured image and a preview of the text. Up until recently, all of my featured images in the embedded posts would be the same size. Now they are usually rectangular which weirdly crops my photos and isnt consistent with other embedded posts on my page. How can I get all of these images to be the same size and shape?
You can see an example on my homepage here. The first 2 are rectangular and the last 2 images are square. Any help is appreciated!
]]>Hi, I would like to know how I can remove older posts that appear in full from the home page. I would like you to see only the posts with the preview. So that the home is shorter. can you help me?
]]>Hi,
I am currently trying to create a home page with this theme.
I don’t want the latest blog posts to be on the side bar, I want it to be as it would be if I had selected “latest posts”. I have added the content view plugin and it is closer to what I want but still not quite there yet. I would like to change the font size/style, positioning of title etc. but I am unable to do this. Ideally, would like blog posts to be in a vertical format rather than a grid or the most recent post as a main post then the other recent posts in chronological order in a grid format such as https://demo.wpzoom.com/?theme=foodica
Can anyone help?
Thank you!
]]>Hi there
I’m looking for a way to change the preview text that appears on my home page for each blog post.
Currently the theme displays the first few lines of the post. However this often isn’t the best preview of my content. I’d much prefer to be able to customise it the same way I can with my search result snippet.
Also if I change this preview on my homepage will it also change the preview text for my RSS feed. I’d like to do that as well as that is the text that appears in my subscription emails advertising a new post on the blog.
I’m assuming there would be a way I could do this with custom CSS, but I’m not proficient enough to even begin to guess how. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Renee

]]>Hello!
I’m hoping someone can help me here. I currently have a link that says “home” that I want for users to be able to click and have it return them to my main page where my latest blog posts are displayed at https://www.htxnutrition.com instead of this separate page https://www.htxnutrition.com/home
Any help would be appreciated. I’m very new to wordpress and am learning as I go.

]]>On my posts page (also my home page) my blog posts show up in a nice square that has a picture to the left, the title, and even my social sharing buttons. I would like my topic pages to show them this way as well, but they just look boring with regular text, no pictures, no white background frame, etc.
]]>Hi,
How could i remove 2 blank column on bottom of every post?
