WP was working normally and we decided to use Newscrunch theme for the blog. We installed it with the examples and replaced the content.
However, access to the media gallery for the image highlighted within each post editting stopped working. It does not allow replacing or adding a new image, only removing it.
We changed the theme to another one and it works normally. So the problem is some conflict in the Newscrunch theme.
What can it be? A BUG? Can anyone help or give a tip on how to solve it? Because we would like to use this theme and the site is OK with it, we thought about purchasing the PRO version.

Hi, I need to create a child theme in order to use this theme but cannot get the Customize page within WordPress to work once it is active (all other themes I have tried work fine with the customizer, it is just Newscrunch which doesn’t). Is there something else I need to add to the child theme from the main theme to get the customize options to show, please?
I am using PHP 5.6.36 with WP 6.2.4

]]>Hello. I’m using Newscrunch for my company’s website Blog.
To build the website pages, I use the Elementor plugin. I have already identified that the Newscrunch theme is conflicting with Elementor and thus causing an error/bug in Elementor’s “text editor” option, causing the text to only appear in gray color.
By disabling Newscrunch as the default Blog theme, this error is fixed, however, I want to continue using this theme for my Blog.
Do you know how to fix this error?
Note: Both versions of Elementor and Newscrunch are up to date.

As you can see on the website, the list is changing color to white when I turn on the dark mode and changing to black when I turn off the dark mode.
How can I change it for the post text?

First of all I love theme, is amazing and very beautiful.
As mentioned on the title, I’m having multiple meta descriptions on many posts, pages, tags and categories.

I have uninstalled the plug in and install different SEO plug (All in one SEO) in than when I run the test worked fine and didn’t had multiple meta descriptions.
I believe this issue is coming from the plug in itself and not from my theme but the support team from the plug in is telling me, the theme is causing the problem
I really need your support on resolving this issue.
