Problem description: we display the discussion form for every post. this causes nofollow link, we are unable to remove rel=”nofollow” attributes from a link.

I’m facing a problem with newspaper theme. when I view single post page then the right side bar doesn’t appear and footer is broken (it is horizontal but breaks into vertically align) otherwise everything is okay.

So, how to fix this issue?

I recently updated the default paragraph font for my website using the setting in the Newspaper Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts -> General -> Body – General Font (My New Font Name)

Then I clicked the Save Settings button and noted that none of my existing published posts reflected the changes. Is this update supposed to propagate through all posts or do I need to manually open and republish each one?

In case it was an interference issue, I disabled my site’s CDN, Cache, and minification settings but this did not seem to help. If this behavior is by design, are there any good plugins out there to bulk update published posts?

I’ve turned on from theme panel Show Date/Modified Date but it’s showing Page’s modified date, not the dates of the posts.

I wonder how should i do update to newer version of Newspaper, I do not want to create it from scratch.
I am currently using child theme, but on local server i fails me when i change main files to newer ones. Could you please advice?

i need a little bit of help to add more characters to the title on the homepage .. is there any way in which i can modify the trim in the child theme function.php? Because i did it already in the parent theme but I’d like to have it safe from future updates.

Oh and copying the files in the child theme keeping the structure doesn’t work (with inc/libraries/etc ..)

Is there any way to reduce the size of the side menu, with all the dates, tags and all that stuff? It’s a tad big, I want my images to be bigger..

Hi! I’m having a problem with customizer not saving the value of the “Banner after X posts?” slider. and every time I print the value it shows the default 4.
Moving the slider doesn’t enable the “publish” button to save the changes, but even if I tweak other options so that the “publish” button gets enabled, and then save it, when I refresh the slider of the banner still shows 4.

Other values like “Enable banner on homepage” save fine.

In my wordpress site i am using Newspaper X theme . But somehow in my web page, related post section is not working properly . problem is that the images of every post is not sliding .They are just stucked . Beside that full image is not showing . This problem only occurs in computer verion . It perfectly works in mobile version .

The Blog page is showing a black picture placeholder when a post is created; all posts are showing a placeholder then the posts shows beneath. Home and Blog pages no longer show they are linked; also seeing blurry pictures from content on Blog page but picture shows correctly on home page

I have an issue where I cannot edit te home page content area Post layout A widget right at the top. All other widgets work fine except for this one.

A reinstalled the theme, deavtivated all plugins to search for conflicts. Nothing has solved it so far.
Can I delete this widget somehow?
Or what other solution do you suggest?
