My tf e slider doesnt show in my mobile phhone. The example view on my pc does show the slider in the desktop, tablet and mobile phone version. However when I look at my own mobile phone, I dont see it.
I have tired looking at any “hidden’buttons and tried to delete the slider and add it again. Same result. I am using the Newstore theme.
Hope that someone can help me out.

]]>Hi! Thanks for your great theme! Google complains about front page content layout shift because slider, banners and categories images do not declare width and height in their HTML tags. I has to overrided home-slider and home-categories template to solve.

]]>I created a header with elementor for tablets, desktops and smartphones each. Not just a header but many other content on the shop, search results and product page as well. I first noticed the issue for tablets because of the header. I can see the tablet I used for testing was being recognized as a smartphone hence, it was showing the smartphone blocks that I created in elementor. I also think the screen size of the tablet is connected to this issue because when I rotated the tablet horizontally it started to show the correct block and when I rotated it back normally (vertically); it started to display as a smartphone again. If you need an example of what I’m saying my website is https://renozan.com/. Feel free to visit (with a tablet) and see what I mean. Remember to use the header of the website as a reference, and not to mention as you may already have guessed; The tablet displaying smartphone content is pretty ugly, everything is huge. Please help. The theme I am using is Newestore Pro, I can’t get hold of the creators which is why I’m here.

I jut need help findiong where the ‘body’ code is in theme editor on the above page. I need to edit the ‘My Account’ button dropdown menu, i can see what i need to edit using the ‘Inspect elements’ in firefox (need to removde the ‘wishlist part), but then i can’t find that bit of code in theme editor. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

I need a little help please with the logo size on the mobile & tablet versions of my site. The logo is too big and doesn’t display properly on mobile/tablets, butis the perfect size on desktop version, if i scale it to work on both mobile & tablet, it’s then too small on the desktop site, i’ve tried all sortsd of CSS code,but nothing works.
]]>I submitted a ticket a few weeks ago, I haven’t received a reply. I have an issue with variations not working properly after clicking on any image in the gallery.
The variation image changes after the color and size options are selected, but once you click on any image in the gallery and then you try to select a different variation, the image does not change to the selected variation.
All my variations are set up correctly on woocommerce. I requested a refund because of poor support, still haven’t received a reply from them.
How can I get my money back?

]]>we have that free version and it is really great looking, we like it,
but there are some things what is not working,
1) register, not working at all, always showing up with LOGIN
2) the basic sidebar for pages or posts is not at the right side/left side showing up, always on top or bottem in the middle
3) not compatible with SiteOrigin panel, the pictures sizing up to full page, even if we set those pics to 150×150 or what ever

if we would know that those problems are not in the paid version, we would buy that,
maybe your support can answer for this,

I’m using NewStore theme for new WooCommerce store. It’s nearly perfect, compared other free themes. But I can not fix one issue with mini cart.
It’s working when cart is empty. When you add a product to cart, product pages not loading from mini cart area. For other pages and on front page it works.

I am currently testing this theme with the intention of buying it. My last remaining issue is the text “Your Order” above the order summary on the checkout page.
I want to change this into something in my local language without having to go multi-lingo on the site, I only need the one language.
Is there a way to change this text? It seems to be unaffected by the language-settings in wordpress unlike any other text in the theme.

]]>Hi, I installed Newstore theme with imported demo. I installed SSL OK. But I get error with the frontpage:
– Firefox: Connection not secure. Parts of this page are not secure (such as images)
– Chrome: Attacker might be able to see the images you are looking at on this site…
This error is not happening with woocommerce shop or other pages, like blog, about us,….
I view the page source, and found there’re some insecure links relating to images, such as:

In Customizing -> Frontpage Sections -> Featured Categories you can select (from dropdown list) only top level Woo categories (not empty), subcategories are not shown on the list.
It is common to have only 3 top level categories on your theme’s niche (men, women and uncategorised ?? so the design seems a little bit silly with only 2 cat:)
Dont worry, i m rewriting the whole homepage so .. this is just a remerk… but i m still waiting on your how to register widget area and how is with your premium support)

Installed a wordpress, woo commerce and the NewStore theme but on categories pages i’m stuck with a vertical lost space sidebar widget saying the following message:
“This is a WooCommerce Widget Area. You may add widget here from Customizer or Appearance -> Widgets. Or to hide this you may select full width layout for shop in customier.”
Problem, i’m struggling since a whole day to get rid of that thing and get the categories appear full width and that option isn’t anywhere to be found easily with this theme. pehaps it works well with storefront…
so i tryed to mess arround php files removing blocks of code here and there but nada, the thing still stick to the left sides of my pages.

a sticky header on this theme. We added the price display as well as item count for the cart. but the count&price won’t update in sticky header until you refresh the page.
