Trouble with Customizer & Home Page Options

When I open Customizer it shows me the original storefront home page sections and not the Nova WP home page. Everything else displays the correct child theme.

I guess my real problem is that I want to edit these sections and I am not sure where to go to to do that.

I like theme but i cant get the slider or the other features in Homerpage>Slider Options to work. Cant see slider, featured prod Top rated prod, recent…ect.

There is no place to select the photos for the sliders either??
