My Nutmeg-based website looks fine on a desktop. But when I view it on an android mobile, or an iPad, some of the items related to the menu do not show the proper image.
Here is a screenshot that illustrates the problem on my Android mobile:

Note that there are strange icons substituting for the proper images.
On my iPad, the menu shows normally as a non-mobile menu, but the search box shows a similar indication of no icon, just a different substitution.
Any help you can provide to solve this problem would be appreciated.
]]>Hello I like this theme and trying to apply it to my technical site where I put syntax highlighter evolved plugin.
I noticed that, when one line of the code is long, the entire page width is changed as a result. Please see the link above. In comparison, this would be the normal page width that I expect:
https://www.digihunch.com/2024/03/public-key-infrastructure-3-of-3-use-cases/
This behaviour (page width extended due to long line in code) does not seem to be a problem with my old theme.
]]>Helo dears, hope you ?re doing well, please i have this issue with my pages of my website not being able to be index in google, after i used this link it didn’t appears all the links of my website but only showed 2 links ?? https://devinsights.site/page-sitemap.xml

]]>I cannot see all the dropdown menus under the “recipe” page when I go to my website. But can see all the dropdown menus, if I go to my website through my WordPress “Visit Site”. I have created all the menus correctly. I am using the free version of Nutmeg. Please help.
]]>Does the nutmeg theme support mega menus, and how do I create one?
I am also having issues with my search bar and social buttons showing up on mobile view. They show on desktop view and function properly. How do I get them to show up in mobile view?
]]>On mobile (specifically Safari on iPhone), all category pages only show the first item and nothing else underneath it.
This seems… suboptimal.
How do I get the whole category to display?
]]>Suddenly, my right sidebar is taking up more than half the content width. You can see the problem on the home page, and on each recipe post.
I can find no way in Nutmeg of controlling the sidebar width, to fix the problem.
I noticed that I had just updated to the latest version of Nutmeg. Could this have been something introduced with the new version?
How can I fix this?
Thanks!
]]>Thank you helping me figure out how to construct my home page with some content, followed by ‘Newest Recipes’ posts.
It worked fine, but now I notice what I think is a change. If you look at the https://bhiggs.x10hosting.com/foodie/ page, there is a page title (which I am pretty sure wasn’t there after I made the change you suggested), and some text between the title and the ‘introduction block’. You’ll notice that text repeats what’s in the introduction block. I’m pretty sure that this text was not present before, so I don’t know what happened.
I’m trying to remove these two items. I can’t figure out how to remove the title from this home page. And when I go in to edit the page to try to get rid of the intervening text, it isn’t there to remove. I seem to be in a Catch-22 situation.
I’ve been floundering around trying to figure this out, with no success. It’s probably a simple thing, but I’m not seeing it.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Bryan
]]>I have set up my ‘Foodie’ website using the Nutmeg theme, and it has been very good, so far.
My only real problem is that I would like to set up the home page as it currently is, but with some welcoming text above the ‘Newest Recipes”. But, since the home page is set up through your customizer as ‘Your latest posts’, it is highly resistant to adding text above that heading.
So, I thought about creating a normal static home page, with text followed by the list of ‘Newest Recipes’. In other words, exactly as it is now, with text above the ‘Newest Recipes’. I tried using various blocks in the WordPress block editor to set up the ‘Newest Recipes’, but I could not get any of them to display the same as on my current home page — same size photo, same text below the photo, title, and button, in an array of three columns. What I came up with looked primitive compared with the current home page, and I could not figure out how to do 3 columns.
Any help/suggestions you could provide to solve this problem would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
Bryan
]]>Is the free version of the Nutmeg theme not translation ready?
I am using Nutmeg and WP Recipe Maker, Loco Translate for translations.
The parts from WP Recipe Maker show the translation to Icelandic, but from the Nutmeg theme (Previous Post, Next Post, Tagged with) are still in English, when there is an Icelandic translation available, just not showing on the website.
When I look at the website logged in and in the Customizer, the Icelandic translation is visible.
]]>Hi
On my home page, my posts are not showing under the newest recipe heading. Please help me in this.
The search bar on the homepage is not working. When clicked on a desktop view, it doesn’t do anything or open a search bar to be able to type any text.

]]>Hi,
Thank you for trying out Nutmeg WordPress theme.
Before you open a new support thread, please watch the full video dedicated to the theme.
It is a quick overview of the theme’s structure, features and settings.
If you need more features, extensive customization options and quick one-on-one support, then consider buying the premium version: Nutmeg Plus.
