Dear Team,

I am trying to edit a website created with your OneTone theme. According to the manual this happens through the Appearance -> OneTone Options menu. The problem is that there is no OneTone Options menu – neither in the Appearance menu, nor anywhere else in the WordPress menu.

WordPress version, the theme and all plugins are up to date. Looking forward to hearing from you with a solution which fixes that awkward situation. Thanks!

Hi, i try a lot plugins and hard coded text, but cant display in mobile menu Login button. Is that problem of the theme? Any ideas how to display Login button in mobile menu?

I am using OneTone in version 2.5.5 and WordPress 5.8.1. Customize tab is totally empty… Any idea why? (OneTon Companion is installed)

If I set the Youtube video as background in a specific section, the video is loaded but freezes to the first frame even if the autoplay is enabled.

my WordPress 4.9.13 site with OneTone 2.4.2 theme has suffered an attack with javascript code injection in both files and database. I think I’ve cleaned up every trace of malicious code. I reinstalled a backup of the files saved before the infection and a database backup. I closed the main holes through which the attacks came. After reinstalling all the theme appears without any configuration, back to default. The configuration took hours and hours. How can I get it back? It has to exist somewhere in the databases. How can I reconnect it to the theme? Thank you.

i’m using onetone theme, the toggle menu is not working on the tablet width only, sometimes it will show but behind the slider.

Please check the following, this is the width px range for which the toggle menu is not working.

Looks like unpublished my homepage in mobile view. Front-page doesn′t work. On a mobile device, the site is still showing without a theme applied – only menu appeared.

I had OneTone free version and I wasn’t able to add anything on Cart. Then some blog mentioned that only OneTone Pro supports Woocommerce and this problem would be resolved. I purchased Onetone Pro and configured the theme but again I see that I cannot add any product to cart and always see ‘You can not do that’. I’m not sure how to fix it. I’m still designing the webpage and might be I have missed something somewhere that is causing this issue. I have looked everywhere on the Internet but not getting any hint to resolve it. Could anybody here help me fix this, please?

I want to onetone classic 2.x , but it does not load, I installed theme , then onetone companion. only installing plugings (contact form and elemantor ).
Web site options is Execution time 300 , memory limit 256M.

I get errors in the css. I need the right code.
Then the theme does not pop up in the front-page.

I just wanted to have my theme updated. I had a video with music which I loved and now it disappeared. From the new layouts I like the one with the sky and stars.

How can you move the sections around? Id like to move my examples under the slider. Please let me know what file to edit. Also what contact form plugin is this theme using? I’d like to add a few check boxes and what not to the form.

Updated to 3.0.6 this morning and WooCommerce is giving incompatible template errors. “Your theme (Onetone Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”

When I click Appearance > Customise, a “403 Forbidden page” is returned. However, my website is working fine as far as I can tell, and this issue only exists when trying to use Onetone customisation.

Has anyone encountered this issue? And would know of the fix?

Super simple website with one issue.

The header image is always flush left and never fills the screen. I have uploaded it multiple times and my original is 2000px wide but OneTone always crops it to 1120px and flush left. Not ideal. Looks fine on tablet and mobile but weird on desktop.

How can I stop it from cropping and get the header image full screen?

FWIW I tried registering on OneTone support website to post this but it kept telling me I was not allowed.

When I updated this theme to ver3.0, my site broke spectacularly and so did many others’! Now I’m not game to install any more theme updates until someone else does … who’s game?

Likewise for OneTone Companion ver1.1.1 … has anyone else installed this? What happened?

I have some problem with mobile viewing of this theme. Is not a misconfiguration of my setup because I have the same problem on https://demo.mageewp.com/onetone/.
As soon as I open the site I view entire page shrunk and aligned to the left. After 2-3 seconds it is displayed correctly, but the problem reappears in each page section when I scroll down.

I really like this theme. The desktop version looks great! but when I go to the site via a mobile device it shows the latest post unless i I choose on the very bottom view full site. I’d like it to show the full (the home page)site automatically when someone goes to the website via their mobile. Am I missing something?

The customizer has changed: no more section editing capabilities for homepage? All the homepage section data has disappeared. Now have a blank homepage.

How can I delete/remove the sections? Not Hide but remove completely.

Hi, I would like to ad a link to my Onetone Home Page Menu but cannot find anywhere to add it. Appearance/Menus or Customize/Menus display no Home Page Menu for editing.

I was going to add the link the php code perhaps but cannot find the file which builds the Home Page Menu. At present, all the links lead to Home Page Sections and I would like to put at least one link on the menu which leads inside the site, such as my Table of Contents page.

Can someone please inform me where or how to ad the link to my Home Page Menu? I do have two other custom menus created, one for vertical side menu and one for pages/posts pages. Thanks for any assist with this little thing.

Looks like a recent wordpress update unpublished my homepage. I had to go into Customize and Publish in order to get things back on a non-mobile device. On a mobile device, the site is still showing without a theme applied. On my google pixel phone, if I go to Chrome settings, and check Desktop site, the site loads fine, but if unchecked, I get the site with no theme. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
