I installed the free version and now my page is locked up unless I pay for the pro version. I paid the pro version and was sent a zip file that won’t load into WordPress. The only way to communicate is through email and responses are short and lack detail. Very frustrating experience. They do not offer refunds so I may be out my money if we can’t get this resolved very soon. Missing the rollout date for this new business now.
