I built a site with Optimizer four years ago. I recently ran into a problem after a WordPress update created issues with the site. Support provided swift and very effective assistance resolving the problem very swiftly.
It’s one thing a Theme having lots of features, but having support when there is an issue, especially after 4 years of ownership, is invaluable and offers great confidence in the developer for those looking for a great theme.

This theme might take a little exploring to find where all the settings for it are, but overall it’s got pretty good functionality and delivers a modern style for a website. I use it to showcase my website as a photographer, and the home page looks pretty and serves up my images nicely. It loads with a decent speed, and the best part of it is that you can set sliders that display only on mobile or only on desktop, which means that you can optimize photos for viewing on a horizontal desktop display vs a vertical phone display, by creating a slider for desktop and creating a slider for mobile.
The only drawback I see to Optimizer is how it displays portfolio thumbnails or the featured photo on blog posts. It does this weird zoom action on the thumbnail that you can’t turn off, and it’s distracting and unnecessary. So I don’t use the portfolio function and instead I use a portfolio plug-in, and I host my blog separately on another domain and a different theme.

This theme is fine, no more no less compare to other great themes (Sydney, Zerif Lite…). However, the real value is the very intuitive way to customize it : lots of options, clear explanations, many combinations… Definitely the most flexible and intuitive WordPress theme despite a few minor bugs.

I like how this theme looks and the functionality it promises. I’ve purchased the theme several times for different sites experiencing glitches along the way and the customer support has been completely lacking. You might get a reply after several days but never a solution.

I got the pro-version a few months ago and I’m absolutely satisfied with the features and the support (fast and very reliable!). My clients love the sites I created with optimizer. the UI got some minor bugs, but updates come regularly to fix this issues. I love it!

I knew pretty much what I was looking for and how I would need to customise it. I could not find any themes that allowed the level of customisation that I required, that is until I found Optimizer. Optimizer allowed me to get pretty much exactly what I needed AND that’s the free version. It is far more versatile than most of quite expensive themes. Thank you very much.

Great and modern theme with rich unequaled customization also in the free version (especially if compared to other free WordPress themes).
Still some little minor bugs, but the support I had for free version is far better than the majority of paid WordPress themes: every reported issue had been kindly and propmptly supported and fixed!!!
