Delete “My Blog” and replace with “Home Page”

Hello there! Can anyone help me with a fix for this issue, please?

When I create/preview a new page:

1) “My Blog” appears at the top of every page. Please instruct on how to delete from a page.

2) The “Home Tab” shows as “My Blog”. Please instruct on how to change name/link the tab to a “Home Page”, and on how to create a new “Home Page”.

Hello there! Anyone can help me for fix this issue?

When change resoultion screen or open website on mobile devices, the navigation menu not shows, only when hover on it, can see the menu text.
