Howdy! I have tried countless times to download the demo content for the homepage of the Pet Animal Shop wordpress theme and have had no success. I have followed the steps in the documentation provided by the developer. Could someone please help?

I am trying to use the Pet Animal store theme on a self-hosted wordpress setup. I have tried installing the theme both from the zip file and from the wordpress themes section on my setup. None of the setups have the import Demo data option as shown here on this link https://themescaliber.com/demo/doc/free-tc-pet-shop/

Can you please guide me on how to get the demo working as I want to use this theme for my website.

how do I erase the search widget in the main menu? I really don’t need it and it ist too big so my menu will show up in two rows. that doesn’t look good

This theme can not be installed because its missing the Layout from the zip file

Zip does NOT contain a valid theme, missing layout

As you’ll see if you go to the page, I’m just starting. I’d like to get rid of the top header, to allow my header image to be seen. Or at least to make the top header smaller if possible.

I don’t see anywhere in the customize menu where I can change the size of this header.

Please help!

From the https://www.ads-software.com/themes/pet-animal-store/ page there is a link to “Preview” the theme. Further down the description of the theme is a link to the “Demo”. These two previews/demos are not the same. Can you please clarify what version of the theme you get once it is downloaded?

I’ve activated the Slider and linked to “slider pages”, but the slider still doesn’t appear on my site. Is there something I’m overlooking? The theme designer website is down so I’m in the dark here

We were testing your theme for one of our clients. Seems like what you show in theme demo link will not execute (Demo contents) when we try to import them. Its just a normal empty theme.
