I’d like to change the colour of the text in the menu buttons in the header from the current #f45c06 to #0c0f9e. How/where can this be done?

I just started creating a new website, and I noticed there is a white strip below the header and another one above the footer. There is also a small white box on the right side below the header.

To get rid of the white space, I tried to use a negative margin for the body sections, but the small white box still shows on top of my images.

How can I get rid of the white strips and box from showing up on every new page?

I’m trying to get the screen header to stretch across the screen but it’s just not cooperating with me. This is the picture of it in the WordPress themes section:

So you would think that by default, the header would stretch across the screen like that but it doesn’t. Please help.

I purchased Photoshoot and checked the box in Theme Options to remove the sidebar but it’s still there forcing the rest of the page elements to the left. Is there a way to completely remove the sidebar?
