Where do I change the color of the footer menu links? I want to change them to white.

Now I have installed Polaris as my default theme. On my dynamic frontpage (with new-updates) I want to dasplay only one news-category and not all newsitems.
How can I display only one category in the frontpage?

Despite attempting several options I cannot get to just the top toolbar menu where some tabs work whilst others do not.
I have reactivated all plugins but to no avail.
I am left with a menu at the top of the site and another mid site, all the tabs work fine in the mid site.

appearance – theme options – menu – (edit menu tab): I have two menus – one of which is acting as the top menu and the section menu, I just want it to be the section menu with no top menu – is this possible?
