Changing Pressnews Mobile Column Layout Order

Good morning.

I am using the theme PressNews.

On the mobile version, the CSS presently changes the site so that it’s:

HEADER IMG–>LFT COLUMN–>RT COLUMN–>CENTER–>Footer

I would rather have it be:

HEADER IMG–>Center–>l–>r–>Footer

or *IDEALLY*:

HEADER–>LOGIN BOX–>Center–>Left–>right–>Footer

I’m a complete WP newb and I’m trying to figure out how to add an image to the header of the front page of my site (PressNews theme). I have the free version of the theme. Based on what I have read, you have to edit the code in order to be able to add the image, or you have to buy the upgraded version of the theme.

Is there an easy way to add an image to my header? If so, how? If not, will purchasing the upgraded theme allow me to do this?
