I want to remove the “website” field from the Comments form.

Hello, I had Twitter and Facebook click through buttons in my header which are great and were easy to set up as they are in the theme customising settings section.

Thing is, I’d really like to add more social buttons beside the Fbook/Twitter like Google+, for example.

Wondering if anyone can help with the code I need to insert into the header.php to add more social buttons?

First let me tell you that I love the theme you have created here! Beautiful to the eye and very easy to navigate and manage. The template version that appears on the WordPress web site shows a a beautiful image of a mountain range on the landing page. Can you tell me where I need to go in my WordPress dashboard to insert a widescreen image of my own to my landing page? Thanks in advance for your reply.

I have edited the primo.po file to translate it in french.
But when I put the new .po and .mo files on the same directory in which we can find primo.po, the website doesn’t use the french version.
Have someone an idea of what to do ?

I just installed Priimo on a new development site and for the life of me, I can’t figure out why it’s not displaying correctly. The sidebar slips underneath the posts, leaving the sidebar area empty.

Things I’ve tried in order to resolve this:

–changing the sidebar from left to right and vice versa;
–disabling the slider and re-enabling it;
–changing the blog layout to Magazine then back to Standard;
–deactivating and re-activating Priimo.

I’ve set up and used this Theme before without incident. Any suggestions for how to get this layout back on track?

I want to remove the “previews” (for lack of a better word) on my site. For example, when you navigate to youvaporize.com –> reviews, you see that there are little examples of the material in each post, such as “The G Pen is a simple and easy to use vape pen. It’s primarily used for vaporizing oils or waxes. It is a cheap and effective oil vaporizer. The G Pen was one of the first vaporizer pens that I”, which you can see on the site. How can I remove this feature? I am using the theme Priimo.

The magazine layout removes all line breaks and my posts look ridiculous in the initial view. I have to put periods on lists so that everything doesn’t run together. Any way to add code that forces line breaks in the initial view ((users don’t always click the title to see entire post))?
Once the user clicks the post the view loads entire post and all looks great.
I like the shortened version of my post but would rather have an except or be able to force line breaks in initial view.

Can’t seem to find code for changing intro text for comments form. Had changed the text in atahualpa332 theme, then changed theme to Priimo…now can’t find code to change text anywhere!

The function is in the comments.php priimo style sheet, but wordpress seems to be using a different file. I looked in the prior theme’s (atahualpa332) comments.php file and it is the same. Can’t find the text that the site is currently using (did a search in text editor). Apparently, atahualpa332 has it tucked in somewhere else!

Anyway, Instead of showing ‘Leave a comment’ as the code indicates, (in priimo’s comments.php file) my site shows ‘Enter your comment here…’

Just in case, I tried changing the line ‘Leave a comment’ in the priimo comments.php file and the change was not reflected in my site after applying the change…

What I wanted to change was the text above the actual comments entry box. I think the answer will be similar though.

I am using Primo theme found in WordPress. I wanted a custom header, so I could use my own logo, which I have. My question is the little blue image on the header that I presume is the clickable home feature, where someone can click on the header in that area from any page, and be redirected back to the home page. Which it does. However, I don’t want the little blue image to show….I don’t know what it’s called in the CSS, so I don’t know what I’m looking for to take it out. I’m OK if the header isn’t clickable w/o the image. I just want it off. Any ideas? Thanks.

I am trying to customize the Loop — specifically, I want to edit the meta section on posts on category archive pages. I swear I’ve gone into every php file in the theme and tried editing them (removing the entire meta section as a test) without impacting the site. Can any give me guidance on where I can find this? I need to remove the sidebar from all posts. I have tried adding a

display: none;
}

line to my css and have also tried removing

<?php get_sidebar(1); ?>

from my single.php but neither work. My php knowledge just isn’t quite up to it. I get the feeling that ‘sidebar’ is named differently in Priimo hence why it won’t work.

I’ve removed all the border styles and webkit-box-shadow:0px 0px 3px rgba(128,128,128,0.4); that I can find and I still get this kind of drop shadow border on my website. How can this be removed completely?

I’ve been struggling with resizing the site and the slide show. I was able to increase the site width and the slide show image but now the gray bar that has the text in it is larger than the image.

Where/how to I resize that gray bar over the slide show?

It doesn’t allow me to manage changes through the css. I get this message.

I have several badges copy & pasted into a text widget on my sidebar (along with twitter widget, popular posts widget, etc. No matter what widgets I delete or how I accommodate to make room, 1-2 of my badges are always thrown to the bottom of the page and not on the side bar with the rest of the badges. How can I fix this? Does Priimo limit how much sidebar space can be filled?
