Hello,
I just import Punte theme in a new WordPress 6.0 installation and try to import a starter demo theme (actually the Hotel).
Unfortunately, the Demo importer doesn’t work. After I choose PHP v.8.0.19 (Plesk panel), it showed the button for Install & Activate Demo Importer.
The option Dashboard > Appearance > Punte Setup is just show the menu
“Getting Started | Recommended Plugins | Import Demo | ChangeLog | Support”
but none of them is working. It remaining blank with the ‘working’ red arrow gif icon.”

Is Punte v.1.1.3 compatible with WordPress 6.0?

I was wondering if someone could please help me out with an error message that is showing on my site. The error message: there has been a critical error on this website. I believe it is something to do with the elementor plug in as when I disable this, the site works. My wordpress site and elementor plug in are both up to date. Could someone help with this?

I imported the demo (SaaS) and substituted some of the graphics. I removed the Woocommerce checkout icon & some menu options. Now for no clear reason, the original demo graphics have disappeared (2 vector scenes and the background blob shape). How do I get them back?

Hi, what are name .svg on the main page on Punte? I want to delete two “clouds” (.svg) on my website because it broke responsive website on smartphone.

I’d like to delete this throught:

svg#NAME_1 {
    display: none;
}

but I don’t know name this .svg image,

I try import demo data. I do as same shows here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WlLB8t_WwaI and and receive a message “No demos are configured for this theme, please contact the theme author”

Hi, I’ve just downloaded a demo punte theme and the slider and contact form are missing and a footer looks completely different. Do I need to download some plugins or the demo version is lacking these elements?

I could remove it from the home page by using this css code.

I like the Punte theme. I would like to know how to remove the arrow that appears on the bottom right when scrolled to the bottom of the page, which when clicked links to the top of the page. The problem is because I have also installed a chat box, which overlaps with this arrow.

Is it just me experiencing this?
I set up a new WP 5.4 out of the box on a test site and added the Punte theme – but after activation I didn’t get the “Punte Options” menu entry as described in the support documentation.
This menu entry only appeared after I additionally installed the Redux Framework.

So could you pls adjust your theme documentation and explicitly mention that installation of the Redux Framework is mandatory for this theme?
