You will see the four images from left to right. I have read the articles on how to do custom css but there appears to be no change. I think that I have to find the css for the section that has the pics and then add in the following. I get there by going to the dashboard > appearances > Customize > Additional CSS

Hi, seems the logo auto compressed to 153×49 pixels on upload (Customize > Website identity)

If I use CSS to show the logo bigger then the it becomes unsharp.

How can I avoid scaling/compression of logo on upload?

I was using a free theme called HEROIC, from webriti, then I upgraded to Quality Pro and they simply can’t comply with what I was using on the free version. I talked with them and they told me that in fact they can’t comply with what I was using on the free version. What sense makes this? You buy the pro version to have more extras not to loose some. We are in this for 2 months. About 20 days after buying it I requested my money back and they simply stop answering me. How can I solve this? Can you help please? I just want to use the free version or another Theme as they took one of the most important tools for me in a website.

I’ve spent almost 2 days now with this issue: My homepage template from my Quality Pro theme doesn’t show my writings in the homepage editor and I don’t know how to fix it. But when I use another template, my written stuff shows up…

I’ve uploaded 2x screenshots and downloaded the page file from my file manager.

I think the problem is that my homepage template just doesn’t contain a “field” for my written stuff…?
Since I’m pretty new in the WP world, I’ve no idea about CSS coding or how to customize a template. I just know a bit basic html.

I just started using Quality-theme, but have no use for the testimonial section. I tried to go to the CSS and comment out the whole section called “testimonial”, but it did not seem to resolve my issues.

Does any of you know how to remove the section? Even if I remove all text, pictures and links, the quotation-mark will still be there.

I have updated twice the Quality theme on the website above and twice I’ve had to restore it through cPanel because when I update the theme, the main (home) page dissapears. Every item has gone except for the main slider and the footer . I have succesfully restored it twice, but now I am afraid to update the theme.

Please have a look into it and see what may be happening…?

Note: I am using a child theme.

I installed polylang and it works just fine on all of my pages except the static one. Actually, it is the “business template” of Heroic (child of Quality theme) which can’t be translated. The business template is the template for the front page of heroic. It means that my “catching sentence”, my services or logo can’t be translated on my website. If I translate one, both homes are affected the same way. Thus my current home is in English whatever the language is chosen. If I choose another template of heroic (like the default) I can have two translated versions of my home but my “catching sentence” or logo will still be in only one language. I tried through the “string translation” but it doesn’t work (I only see three different strings).
Do you have an idea of how to fix this? Note that my polylang and my theme are free versions.

But I can’t find any template or option for that? How do I achieve it?

For some reason, suddenly, the service setting section on the main page, where I have 9 points, doesnt display correctly, there is an empty gap that shouldnt be there, the 9 services should be displayed correctly, 3 under 3 and under 3, without any gap.

Second thing that I find a problem, its that the main menu on the phone its not responsive to open the submenus, this also happened suddenly, at the beginning was working good.

And the last thing, this I believe I cant do anything, because there is not option,the testimonial description on the main page, doesnt allow me to change the color of the sentence with code, so its hard to be visible.

On my home page (Quality Pro theme), the headers of the Clients section disappeared. How can I get these captions back?

Moreover, when I click on the link of the client icon, the new tab is not open. So my reader leave my homepage.

Though if I’ve correctly ticked the option in the clients settings.

Can you help me to fix this?

By the way, is there a maximum number of client to put in this banner?

First of all, thanks for a great free theme. I have started using Quality recently and I’m liking it so far. When I finish setting up my customer’s site, I will leave a review.

I am opening this thread because there is a boxed shadow on all pages that I want to get rid of, but don’t know how to. It’s a very subtle line that runs from top to bottom of all pages except Home. There are two lines, and they seem to be a “reflection” of the boxed posts in the blog page and posts pages. You can see them clearly at the bottom of the page I have used as link to the page I need help with.

I think this must be an error in the code. Doesn’t seem to make sense to have those lines, box (or whatever you want to call it) there.

If this is code error, please let me know when / if you will solve it with a theme update. If not, then please let me know the steps to get rid of them as they are making the site look awful.

I am using the Quality (and Mazino) theme on two danish websites. Our date formatting in Denmark is dd/mm/yyyy (e.i. 24. october 2018) and our time formatting is 24hrs.

I have set this in the WordPress control and other themes I have used respects this in the post meta.

The Quality (and Mazino) does not. It seems to be hard-coded for a specific (english) formatting in the theme files instead.
