I would like to create a Page full screen width with no sidebar. I do not have the option to select this choice when I add a new page. I don’t want every page I develop to have the sidebars on it. I can not find a page template that allows me to choose this option. How can I remove the sidebars, make the page full screen width? I have been using redline four years and I was a total beginner. Using redline theme.
I am making a site for my buddy. LemansFunKarts.com. Got it the way he wants it, with a few image sliders, and a video. Now i’m trying to make it more mobile friendly. I’ve tried a zillion different mobile plugins, and the one i have now is WP Mobile Edition. It looks ok, but for the life of me I can’t get it to show an image slider.
Does anyone have suggestions on a mobile friendly plugin? or how to make redline show image slider?
Thoughts? Help??

How do I remove the admin/log-out form the side bar? Pages are ok but no reason to have the admin taking up an entire column.

The theme comes with an image in the right sidebar. It is a picture of a red lock. There is also a kind of title above the image, which is, wait for it, “picture”. I would like to remove both the title and image. Is this possible? Thank you for your time and patience.

There must have recently been an update, because all my changes vanished (I know, I know, don’t change style.css directly. My bad. I was still new.)

So I am rebuilding my changes in the CSS editor, but I can’t find one issue: how to make the header smaller. It’s set to be 200px high, but I want it to be 116px. I don’t want the text header (and I’ve hidden that) but I want my image header to be smaller . Right now I have a 116px image inside a 200px grey box. The grey is #8e8e8e, which I can’t even find in the CSS.

How do I make the header shorter so only the image is visible?

I have been searching all over the web to try and find a way to get “Read More” on pages derived from Categories. I have a custom menu using Redline and just want the read more line to display on those pages.

I am an absolute beginner at WordPress/CSS/PHP but have slowly tweaked the design of my blog through a little trial and error. But getting the ‘Read More’ to appear on category posts is driving me nuts, I just can’t get it to work.

I have read that you put this PHP in the index.php file

But I can’t get that to work

Just installed the Redline theme and I’m wondering how I can get rid of the Pages and Admin widget type sections on the right side. I can add a new widget to the side but those other ones are still there.

Any help would be great.
