After the latest update the banner images have disappeared and I can’t figure out why. Please help!

I’m trying to edit the template to look as expected but whaterver info I put in the header the menu and text is all wrong. How do I edit the header please to sort it out?

Also how do I edit the footer to remove the name of the template from the final website?
