I don’t usually write a bad review, nor do I go out of my way to write a review.
But I was shocked at the treatment/support I got from this company. I have changed my mind on the theme after I purchased it, as I have found that a lot of my purchased plug-ins did not work with the theme.
I requested a refund which was within the first 7-days (as their policy states) and they have refused my reasoning (I gave them 3 VALID reasons; plug-ins don’t work, options I need aren’t available, their demo/layouts don’t work).
Their support is rude and unreasonable, they will NOT give you a refund if you change your mind. They even had the audacity to try and sell me their service, “Our customization rate is $ 15 per hour.” What an absolute joke.
Theme is okay but as I said not many plug-ins work with it. There are a lot of better themes out there (with the same price) that offer what this theme does and more. Don’t even bother wasting your time.

Royale News is one of the best-ever magazine-theme I’ve ever used. If someone asked me about which theme to use for a magazine-site, I’d strongly recommend him this very theme. Trust me, you’ll be amazed by the features it provides after you apply this theme to you blog or magazine.
