I have purchased this theme for my website. Although i liked it in demo mode and even test run my site with free version of the theme, unfortunately, i was not really satisfied with it when i activated on my production site.
When i contacted support they expressed there regret that theme didn’t met my expectations and offered me a refund.
That sounds like a 5 star support to me!

The support I have received with the RT Portfolio theme has been excellent. My questions have been answered promptly and thoroughly each time. I have needed a fair amount of help, and the support response has remained steady from Day 1 and has helped me to move forward with my site. Highly recommend!
