I wrote about a problem on my website, and got a prompt, courteous reply with the solution. Good customer support is vital for any brand, and Vinod Dalvi provided that.

Since the most recent theme update, I am seeing some quirky inconsistencies across different operating systems and browsers, which I hope will be ironed out.

I’ve tried many themes before I found Ruby. Ruby is the BEST free theme I’ve found so far that is e-commerce ready (comes with shopping cart icon).

Previous Free themes looked pretty on their demo site, but often when I try to recreate that exact look of the demo it would require a paid plugin. For example, one theme’s demo showed a sticky nav menu bar at the top but when I installed and imported the demo content the sticky nav bar was not available unless I purchased a $10.00 plugin/extension. Many other themes will only let you change a few colors before asking you to upgrade to the paid version. Ruby comes with a sticky nav bar as standard and no restrictions on colors.

Not only is the theme free it comes with free tech support. I’ve asked for help several times now and the dev/author of the theme, Vinod Dalvi has always been able to help me. My questions were all related to the cosmetic look of the theme such as how to remove the black borders around all the post and widget boxes, how to custom edit the footer and how to set the page layout for each individual page. Some of my questions had simple solutions like checking a box in a menu that I did not know existed. For the more difficult changes like removing the black border around my post and widgets, he provided me with CSS code which did exactly what I asked for.

I am very impressed with this theme and the support I’ve received. I highly recommend this theme to anyone who wants a simple clean blog layout and needs the e-commerce shopping cart icon.

This theme is very user friendly, with many options
that are easy to use and understand.
I’m by no means a WP expert, but so far i really enjoy all the different options and possibilities this theme give me.
You can personalize your entire website in the way and style you want it.

plus, i had a small problem after a theme update.
got personal support response in a couple of minutes. very good!

This is the best theme to have when you have the Woocommerce plugin. It is simple, has many options and has a great support. I wanted to make few changes in CSS. I wrote a question on the forum and got answers in no time.

Ruby Theme work fine with woocommerce plugin but it’s search box and cart on menu not my favorite. cart not update click on add to cart and search box search overall content there is no option to select content, products, page etc. so please concentrate these on next update. I also thanks to release this theme.
