The ordered lists have crazy margins around the top and bottom that I can’t seem to fix, and this looks ridiculous. On premium theme.

Hello all!
I have a client that likes the Sarmys theme, but the header image is too tall for their tastes. I figured out how to make the parallax shorter, but then this weird reflection thing happens below the header image behind the content.

I’m wanting the image to end and fade to white, but after this fade there are all sorts of weird things happening.
Help??
