Hello,
I am using Web-Dorado products from quite some times. Their support was excellent till the company was Web-dorado and people like Kima and Edita were handling customer support.
But after 10 Web took over, the customer support has deteriorated. I had already purchased their theme bundle and purchased Form Maker some few days back. My forms are not getting submitted, the user does not get the option to close in case of popup forms, in fact no form is getting submitted including the built-in theme forms. Some Suzie is now my support person and she is not bothered to even reply to my mails. I must have written a number of mails regarding my problem but sorry to say that there is no response from 10 Web side.
I don’t understand why they shifted people like Kima and Edita and added the persons who are only interested in sales and not support.
So if any of you is interested in buying their products, please be careful about the support.

I’m a yoga and meditation teacher and use Sauron for my website with both posts and static pages. It’s got a very neat look, many possibilities to customize the site and – important for a newbie like me – very responsive, helpful support.
If I could make two wishes:
1) The documentation is a general one for several themes and is a little too short for my needs. So I sometimes have to ask the support team questions that are probably very basic and would probably be helpful for other users as well. On the other hand, they reply very quickly also to these kind of requests so that I’m happy I have chosen this theme.
2) Options for customizing the homepage are plenty and have a modern look. Yet only the first option (portfolio) displays not only posts but also pages. I’d love to chose between pages and posts with the other displays as well and be able to change their order (e.g. blog posts over portfolio).

I started off with the expert theme. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. Web-Dorado support was consistent throughout, but one can only do so much. In we end, we decided to move me to Sauron, which works like a charm…for me. I had a few minor issues which support speedily resolved. I now have a customized Sauron. My take away is that if you want to tweak your standard web-Dorado theme, beyond your skill set or the available standard settings, then request support…explain as clearly as possible what you want done. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by what they can come up with. Anyway, it’s worked for me.

I get a lot of 404 and 500 error codes, can′t use preview post and I had to change theme in order to have a working blog again. The layout is very beautiful the problem is that it doesn’t work.

If you have stories and many pictures on your website and want to attract immediate attention, this theme is right for you. It is lovely with the moving pictures on the Home Page and with the different sections well-ordered and clear. Whenever problems arose support helped me in an incredibly patient and friendly way and followed up with me through many challenges. A huge shout out to Suzie and Agapi!

Web Dorado’s recently published theme Sauron is ideal for a modern and elegant website. It is easy to use and to install: I am particularly fond of the topography and color choices that allow for a truly unique design. The look of the theme is contemporary. Once you’ve spent a few minutes acclimatizing to the layout, it is relatively easy to modify pages and content.
The support service requires special mention. The team is quick to respond to questions and resolve any issues technical or otherwise. Their guidance sets them apart from other themes I’ve used.
