It has many built in customization options. Their support is very helpful and responsive. I had some special needs that required a child theme and some tweaks and they helped me set that up. Even responded to an issue during a Holiday weekend. I am working with a system integrator on part of the site and they also like the theme.

I really like the theme, so decided to go ahead and upgrade o SEOPress Pro. This did not go as smoothy. I was not able to get this to work. The guides on the website were okay in situations where it goes smoothly, but the alternatives were not clear.
I contacted support and received very poor customer service. First, they asked for my login information to be sent through the forum. It is hard to believe in this day and age that people would ask to give you their password, let alone through an unsecure source.
I had quite a long exchange with their customer service over several days. It was evident that they did not read through the history of the conversation with each new reply and often didn’t address what was asked in the most recent response from me. It continued after I pointed this out. It began to feel as if my time was being disrespected.
If you are going to ask for someone to purchase something, you need to be more respectful of their time and be willing to stand by your product. This was not my experience.
