I have had a huge problem with changing out the logo on my Black and White theme site. For over 2 weeks I have awaited a reply from the company after submitting through their website contact form. Nothing. Meanwhile, my client and I are both frustrated. This is not rocket science. They have a glitch in their theme that needs to be fixed but they don’t seem to care. Frustrating.
