I want to customize the image that is shown on the page header. I have already tried setting a featured image for the page. Changing the header image on the customizer only changes the image on home page and not individual pages. Appreciate any help to resolve this.
]]>Hello. There are three huge black blocks with white text stuck to the middle of this theme/site, and no apparent way to remove them. Each block says: “Your awesome image”. Underneath are three steps to set up this theme: Step 1 – Theme Options, Step 2 – Setup Slider, Step 3 – Create Homepage.
I’ve done it, now I can’t remove the instructions. They are stuck to the front of the site.
I use Classic Editor by the way and remove all Gutenberg blocks with a plugin.

]]>Months ago we started a site with Shuttle… then paid for an update to Shuttle Pro. Server is Dotster. Lots of problems… but they recently updated the WP URL and now the Theme only reflects Shuttle… not Shuttle Pro. We’re finally trying to build the site….and need to ensure we don’t have to repay for ShuttlePro because the server moved us to an updated URL.
New site URL is arkafrica.org/wordpress… original one was arkafricanew.arkafrica.org. How do we ensure that the ShuttlePro is installed at the new URL.?

]]>Hello! I see the word “null” inserted into my page when I enable the homepage slider. This is an issue because I would really like to take advantage of the slider. This problem has existed since at least the previous version of the theme.
When I disable the slider, both the slider and the “null” go away.

I am using the Shuttle goMinimal theme and have an issue with the mobile/tablet menu. I click to expand the menu but it immediately closes.
I tried deactivating each plugin and this didn’t work. However when I deactivated ElementsKit Lite, the menu stayed expanded on all pages except the homepage, but this only lasted a few attempts.
I have continuously been purging all via SpeedLite Cache.
If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it. This is a new website so has never been okay.

]]>I’m using the Shuttle theme (with their featured homepage). I can not change the order of the items on the menu bar. I changed the order of the titels/pages through Cutomizer > Menu’s > Page menu to the right order but when I publish, nothing changes on the menu bar on the site. When I reopen the menu options through the customizer or through the Dashboard (Dashboard > Design > Menu’s) the order in the settings is still the way I changed it.
Concerning the display of the last blogpost on the home page. I searched a couple times through the options in the customizer and tried various things, but I can not remove it… I do not publish blogs so I get the text “Nothing Found Ready to publish your first post? Get started here.” on my homepage.
As I recall (I’m quite new to WordPress and still learning) I did not have these problems a while ago… I recently updated some themes, but unfortunately I do not remember if the Shuttle theme was updated to. Can this may be be a bug in the new update and if so, is there a possibility to rewind the update and go to the previous version?
Finally, from the other topics I saw, I get the idea that de Shuttle team is not that user friendly / good, although I really like the sleek lay out of the home page and I need a 4 column option for the home page. Are there maybe other themes that you would recommend?

]]>I have been using Shuttle weMagazine for about a month. I got an error from WP my PHP needed to be updated, so I did to 7.4 – After updating the “Homepage (Featured)” section did not display.
I removed plugins and finally renamed the plugin folder to no avail. Now I have deleted my site and database entirely and reinstalled and have the same problem. Footer, header, slider all display fine in 3 other browsers but the featured section is missing. I can see it just fine however in the CUSTOMIZE view.
The only plugins I added back: contact7/flamingo which has always worked fine and wordfence which I haven’t activated just yet
Anyone know what the problem is or if there is an other theme I can use that has featured sections where I can type in my text. I don’t have posts or pages/like that format.
