my simple mag theme is broken and I had to change it to be able to log into my wordpress dashboard. I still want to use the theme. If i delete the theme and reinstall it will I lose all of the customization or will it be fine since its just the theme and not the content?

In addition, How do i hide the author boxes at the bottom within the simple mag them if we get the above probelmed fixed?

We noticed you are using the TGM Plugin Activation library in your theme.

You are using an old version. The latest version (2.5.2) fixes some – published – security issues as well as offering tons of bug fixes and new features.

We would like to urge you to upgrade to the latest version of TGMPA.

When you upgrade, you may also want to adjust the config you use as some settings were deprecated in v2.4.0 and new ones introduced in v2.5.2.

Most notable changes:

• you may want to add the is_callable setting to the plugins array for plugins which offer both a free and a premium version – see https://github.com/TGMPA/TGM-Plugin-Activation/blob/2.5.2/example.php#L85-L95
• the 'parent_menu_slug' and 'parent_url_slug' config options were removed in 2.4.0. Similar functionality was re-introduced in 2.5.2 with the 'parent_slug' and 'capability' config options.
• A number of new strings were introduced. If you have translations available, you may want to consider giving back as TGMPA intends to start providing native translations.

I am using simple mag theme for my word press site. In archive area link does not work properly. While clicking (for example (June -2015)) this link will not be working properly. It will show that page cant be found like this. Kindly help this.

I no longer have a double row in my top strip. the second row items only appear when mouse is hovered and there is no background.

Hi there, I download the regular license from simple mag and installed. I created some pages and included in the menu, but now when I want to do a post, I don’t know and I didn’t find how I can post in this page and not in the initial page…

I have been playing around with plug ins like seo etc and now my page titles are coming up with the name + my full name
e.g. “About – Rebecca Campbell” and “Events – Rebecca Campbell”

Anyone know how I can fix this?

I just downloaded the theme. It’s letting me add pages etc but I am unable to view in the customisation view. All I can see is the panel to the left. The rest is blank. I am hosting through 123.reg.co.uk
