Not sure what the intention of this was – but within the homepage sections you’ve written your own custom content filter, which is stripping out short code support.
A user reported an issue with our plugin, but after some bug hunting we were able to track it back to your theme – and a few functions you have written to generate the content on the front end (specifically on the homepage).
I’m not sure if this is a marketing ploy to try and upsell users to a pro vesion, or if you really just don’t want users to enter shortcodes on the homepage – but it seems to be causing some issues where users can not parse shortcodes inside of the WordPress editor of the homepage theme options sections.

I needed a bit of help removing the slider from the homepage, and Shri got in touch with me within 10 minutes with a solution!
Awesome plugin, decent upgrade price, excellent support.
If you need to remove your slider, do this:
Download a plugin named: simple custom css
and within its settings add this custom css:
.slider-main {display:none;}
White space would be removed.

Wow. These guys have done a really good job.
There is a learning curve involved, but the support helps to shorten it (most questions that I had were already answered somewhere on their forums). Also, the developer, Shri, is very good at getting answers back that work correctly (you might need to wait until the next day, but that’s all good, especially when you consider the low price of the Pro version).
I moved a lot of the code around and once you get the hang of it, it becomes even easier to do. Here’s what I did with it: Aquarium Maintenance Service in Alanta

This is a very nice theme and I am happy with it. With a little programming knowledge its easy to modify the theme to suit your own branding.
I do agree there is a lack of documentation but its not that difficult to figure out how to make edits, add pages and modify files (header, footer, css).
Every plugin I installed (Contact Form 7, Image Gallery, Event Calendar), worked well with the theme. I didn’t run into any issues.
And when I did have a question, support emailed back within 24 hours.
It’s worth the purchase price, I’m just bummed I didn’t opt to buy all of the themes, instead I only purchased the one.

This theme is great, doing almost everything I was looking for. Unfortunately it comes with very few documentation on its capabilities…
Also fairly difficult to use for somebody not HTML expert as the editor in the section part is fairly poor ??

Nice and pretty theme. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this to our customer because SKT Themes’ Support denies to fix a bug in the free version:
“Sorry in Pro only we will do it and only on request.”
As our customer wants to see his site working before purchasing Pro version of SKT white, we now have to use a different theme.

I purchased this theme and set it up. I am no pro at all, but know how to work my way around WP. I emailed the support and they just got on a few issue i had on the section part. It was resolved in no time. These guys know how to run their business and support. I recommend them to anyone who wants a nice and amazing response theme with great support.
