Do not use this theme if you want a stable website. Even with a child theme enabled the latest release has completely changed the design of websites using this theme. The developers have removed several features and corrupted websites using this theme by disabling compatibility with existing child theme. The support just blames cache and plugins, denying any problem with the theme (no caching enabled). They may not see it as an error, but it has completely changed the design of the website and stopped the active child theme from working correctly, so that is a problem from a user’s perspective. The issue only happened when updating the main theme version and lots of customisation was removed by the update. Even after switching back to the main theme it is not possible to achieve the same design as before. I suspect this has been done to force people to buy their pro version if they want to get to the design they had previously. Will be changing to a more stable theme asap, something like Futurio.

Hello guys,this is my own experience.I purchased this plugin. i interacted with SPARKLE THEME customer support. they said it’s a good plugin.after i purchased,they treat their customer like waste things. they will make fun of their customers. when you need help. you contact them through their chat. they ignore you, share mocking comments about their customers, you have wait more than hours in your chat. you sent mail to them you have wait more than 48 hours to get next reply.they use abuse words when you interacted through your chat. To be frank,we are looking like slave for them. you never get right support ever. today, i really regret for choosing this theme. i advice sparkle theme. first teach your customer support how to decently interact with your customers. when they received your money after no one treat you like human. everything good until you pay the money. i won’t suggest anyone to use this plugin.A Place customers are not respected. money is important to them not their customers.i have written this here as to how depressed i am.nothing will get you the right solution at the right time.they will play with the benefit dice.As a customer, i won’t not recommend this. be careful guys.be aware.

We used the free version, found a malfunction(*) but no-one answered in support forum neither by email.
We bought the pro version, found the same malfunction(*) on the main menu but no-one answered to us again.
No support at all!
(*) 3rd tier submenus are NOT working in both versions.

i give it 5 stars because it is a perfect theme for a webshop.
BUT the quantity selector appears even when i enable the product to only be bought individually.
even the free version has enough features to work well, and you can make it like the PRO version if you know a little coding. if not, just buy the pro.

Great theme for webshop ! However there are some problems with the breadcrumbs: Parent link or category link in breadcrumbs looks like the current link. That is not true. Hope fix soon. Thanks and best regard !
