No Customizer > Theme Options

I would love to use Starter WP

I am trying to customize the hero text.

The documentation says to customize in Customize > Theme Options > Hero

However, there is no Theme Options section in the Customizer

The only sections are:
Site Identity
Colors
Header Media
Background Image
Menus
Widgets
Static Front Page
Additional CSS

Fullwidth page

It seems that the fullwidth page template don’t work…
