I received a very good support (many times) from Stronghold team. They answer always very fast and try to do their best each time to provide a solution. It is easy to co-create with their team.
StrongHold is a versatile, elegant and original template with all the plugins we need to built a powerful and strong website. The professonial support team is always there to answer fast your questions and provide the help we need to solve our problems.
A way to improve the use of this template will be to have a much more customizing documentation / tutorial with more details on “how to do it, where to fix it etc… who goes behind “the copy and paste” information that we already have when we download the template.
I’m not a real professional developper, I’m more than a beginner, I try to do my best with the tools that Webulous offers me. Enjoying my time to create with them.

I have used Stronghold for a year now. Recently, I updated both the theme and WP. The Webulous support team is amazing. Although I was using the free version, they offered kind and FAST help on customizing the theme with CSS code – and I am challenging to help as a non-coder! WONDERFUL THEME and WONDERFUL PEOPLE! I recommend Webulous Themes to anyone wanting good design and solid assistance.
