Hi, I have an issue changing the size of the logo in the header for mobile and tablet users. The icon’s to do this in the editor don’t seem to work and my attempts to solve it in css have been unsuccessful. Any pointers?

Using Taproot Page Settings, I can change the layout of the page but the Post Title – Hide feature has no effect, the title is still displayed when the page is viewed.

Just updated to WordPress 5.2.1, and then updated taproot from Version: 0.9.6 to Version: 1.2.0 and the site fails to load with the error:

The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

If I use recovery mode to get to the control panel I see the message:

ERROR: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.

Thinking it was possibly the customizations I had done, I took a backup of my taproot theme, deleted the directory and reinstalled from the wordpress theme gallery and saw the same issue.

To test further I created a new wordpress 5.2.1 site with no other plugins/themes/content and installed taproot 1.2.0, I get the same errors

Just a head’s up! For the last year I have been rebuilding the Taproot Theme from scratch, and it’s about ready to be released as v1.0!

Look for news and an official release in the coming weeks. If you are using a Beta version, expect breaking changes. You will need to recreate the customizer and post level settings after installing version 1.0. If you don’t have a staging site set up, it might be a good time to start thinking about adding this to your workflow.

another thing: there is a white line under the text in the footer… I’ve tried a few changes from other themes but I can’t seem to solve it….

Have you tested the theme on compatibility with an iPhone iOS version 10.3.3? I have one user that can’t scroll down on the page with this version Phone. (My iOS 11.3.1 works fine.) I’ve looked for a way to test this, but haven’t found a good emulator to test this with…..

I followed the instructions to create on my blog page the ‘read more’ tag.
What I do or try it will not function. I like to work first offline because I am still learning to use WordPress. So the blog is not published yet.
