My website ha the teluro theme. I use woocommerce. When I moved into this theme, it added a second row of duplicate products. The duplicates are large and distorted. I’ve spoken with my coder and with woocommerce, and was advised to ask for help from teluro developers. How do I fix this??

I have a problem with my mobile menu, when browsing from a mobile (both iOS and Android), after opening it and closing it once, I can’t open it anymore, it disappears after 1 second and the page freezes like if it was still open.
I designed it with colibri pro.

I can’t delete the bottom outline of footer menu. How can I remove the yellow thick line?

The UA-196106358-1 is showing above the header on my client’s website. https://companymediation.uk

I had G site kit and also Moster Insights plugins but I removed both of them because I thought it might have been a conflict or duplicate google verification coe. But the tag is still showing there.

Can anyone please help me on how I can remove it? I searched header.php and it’s not there.

I have google analytics running fine on https://analytics.google.com and don’t need the plugins specially because the code is showing above the navigation now…

How can I delete it?

Could anyone help me please?

Hello,

After clicking the “use frontpage navigation” button in the Navigation options, a new Navigation element appears and I am unable to delete it, as can be seen here, https://imgur.com/a/XYTECMJ

Only workaround is to make all the navigations setup with the same options as to appear on top of each other. This however makes the text appear Bold everywhere else but the frontpage.

Any ideas on how to get these extra Navigations deleted?

Hi there,

I am loving the theme so far for its sticky navigation menus among other things.

However i am having an issue with getting the header hero video to load on mobile. it works fine on tablet and browsers but when viewing on mobile it will always default to the video poster.

I’ve tried external hosts, self hosting, even the provided sample externally hosted video of cars passing by a street does not load on mobile.

Any ideas why or where i can start looking to solve this issue?
