Hi there,
how can I change the font size of the main navigation? Can’t find the correct css block .. :/
]]>HEllo,
I opened functions.php (/themes/tiny-framework/functions.php) and I tried all apply the directions here , but I can’t find:
tinyframeworkchild_remove_parent_theme_credits()
anywhere!
Is this really found in functions.php?
]]>Hi Tomas,
First of all, thanks so much for the Tiny Framework theme. It has been a real life-saver.
I’m attempting to have the header image only display on the Front Page.
My quick and dirty idea was to remove the code to display the image from header.php and put it in front-page.php.
However, when I delete that code from header.php from “<!– Custom Header – Start –>” to “<!– Custom Header – End –>”, the header image is removed from the front page, but is still displayed on all the other pages (including the Posts Page). I checked the source code on the pages that have the header image and they still have those “Custom Header” comment tags and an image tag in between them
I cleared my browser cache and searched my whole WordPress directory for anything that would create those tags to no avail.
Do you have any idea why this is happening? Is there a better way to accomplish this?
I’m using WAMP server and the child template I am using is on github at: https://github.com/EricB12/bechtoldfamilysingers
Thanks for your help!

]]>Hi everyone!
I am wondering why I can’t choose the photo anymore when I copy a blog post link to facebook.
Previously, when using a previous theme, I was able to scroll through 5 photo options (via small arrows on the top left corner of the photo) as soon as the link was copied to my Facebook status bar, and choose which photo was going to be displayed with the post. I am unable to do this now with Tiny Forge! How can I change this?
Thanks in advance!

]]>Hey Tomas,
Big fan of your theme as I use it for many sites. I have found out (using your guides) how to change the width of the wrapper from 960 (on screens at minimum of 770) to wider px/rem, but I’m wondering how to make the wrapper an adaptive, full width size for ALL screens… I assume whatever the process for changing the wrapper to “full screen size” on screens at a minimum of 770 will be the same for the remainder of the min. screen sizes within the style sheet.
In other words, rather than seeing the content within a wrapper that sits on top of the site’s chosen background image or color, how can I have the content stretch all of the way across? — something similar to https://vimeo.com/
Thanks for any information that you can provide!

I would to know how I can add alt and title on the LOGO image.

Theme version 1.6.1
I have been using the Tiny Forge theme for a long time and wanted to customize and change the logo and header image after the theme update.
Problem is the button to select an image in the left menu doesn’t work. I can click on it but nothing happens. Tried that in Safari and Firefox. Any idea?

Hi guys,
i have a question concerning the following blog: https://www.vksi.de
The title of the webseite has a huge space to the header image and i can’t find out, where to correct or configure this space.
If you need further information, just ask for it.
Thanks for your help in advance ??
Greetings,
Kyle
Although I have translated Tiny forge to spanish in this site: https://www.grocin.com/, it does not work. My es_ES.mo and es_ES.po files are uploaded to /wp-content/themes/tiny-forge/languages, where I took the default file tinyforge.pot in English.
Moreover, when I have uploaded my translated files I have lost the numbering of Categories in Safari navigator (e.g. VIDEOS (14) ). What could be happening?
I have disabled the wp-cache plugin which does not help too much, but some sentences appear in Spanish or English depending on the section.
Could you check out my translation files (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/32080671/traduccion%20tiny%20forge.rar)? I do not mind if they would be used in a near future upgrades.
Greetings from Spain.
Aitor Larumbe.
I just upgraded from 1.5.9 to 1.6.1. From the admin menu, when I enter ‘Appearance > Customize’ and the page ‘https://www.xyz.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fthemes.php’ open, I see the left menu and can even make customizations. However the right side of the screen with the preview never shows, only a ‘loading’ button is seen in the middle.
Thanks for any help.
I changed to the child template but I don’t see a FIND ME widget and I would like it to say RECENT ARTICLES rather than RECENT POSTS. Thanks.
I just realized that this is listed under Tiny Forge — sorry — I will repost under Tiny Framework.
]]>Hi Tomas,
I am using Tiny Framework (thanks, it’s great!), but I want to make the page links in the top menu more narrow; in Firefox, the menu is too wide, and breaks onto a second line. In Chrome and IE, however, the top menu fits on one line and looks fine.
I have looked in the css files, but I cannot find the place where you specify the padding between the text links in the top menu. I believe that if I could reduce the px/rem space between each page name, I could probably adjust the width to where it looks the same in Firefox as it does in Chrome and IE.
Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.
Cheers,
Bud
I’m a coding novice, so pardon the rudimentary question.
How do I change the color of the text defaults on this theme beyond the site title option under customize? the widget titles are orange and some of the page text is green and it really clashes with my business logo.
thank you!
]]>Hi,
Im a newbie wordpresser and Im trying to find how to put the search bar in the nav like on the Tomas’s website: https://mtomas.com can you help? Ive only managed to get it in the side bar using customize under appearance.
Thanks!
I’ve added a logo to my website (using the tiny forge theme). It displays without any problem.
I noticed however that the logo is not showing up on my mobile device. I’ve noticed the same problem when I scale down the size of the browser window on my PC. The logo keeps disappearing and popping up again.
normal view (with logo) : https://tinypic.com/r/nef5mh/8
smaller window/mobile view (no logo) : https://tinypic.com/r/wtce86/8
Thanks a lot for any reply !
]]>Tiny Forge might be affected by the reported security issue, there was only one instance in the theme with this problem (it was in the admin section, so I’m not sure if it is so severe) and I already have the patch, I just need to submit it.
In the mean time you can download it here:
]]>Accessible WordPress theme Tiny Framework goes live! It is a complete overhaul of Tiny Forge theme. Please use Tiny Framework theme for all new projects!
9 months in the making, it’s like my baby ??
What does it mean for Tiny Forge users?
Tiny Forge theme is in “maintenance mode”, that means it is no longer in active development and is being replaced by new theme iteration – Tiny Framework.
Tiny Forge will continue to receive updates to fix bugs and important compatibility issues, so don’t worry, you’re not left alone ??
If you would like to migrate your website to Tiny Framework, please see Tiny Forge to Tiny Framework migration guide.
Please also note, that you need at least WordPress 4.1 to run Tiny Framework theme.
Tiny Framework support is provided at new support forum section.

Hi Tomas,
First congrats on the new theme!
I’m looking for a guide to making the switch from Tiny Forge to Tiny Framework and what issues I might run into. Or is it like taking on a whole new theme?
]]>Hello…
I lost the footers on one of my Tiny Forge sites today. The front page footer widgets are still there but none of the remaining pages.
I run the child theme. This seemed to happen about the time all WordPress sites were auto updated from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2
The footer widgets have been working fine for weeks now.
Scoured the forums but couldn’t find my specific problem.
I have pasted footer widget code below from main style.css into child style.css but no soap:
`#footer-widgets.three #footer-widget-left {
float: left;
width: 30%;
padding-right: 2.3%;
}
#footer-widgets.three #footer-widget-middle {
float: left;
width: 30%;
padding-left: 2.5%;
padding-right: 2.3%;
}
#footer-widgets.three #footer-widget-right {
float: right;
width: 30%;
padding-left: 2.5%;
}`
The footer widgets are fine on my other Tiny Forge sites.

]]>Hi….
Have scoured the forums and was able to find help to center my logo and nav menu – but not the title and tagline.
Tried this code….
}
#site-title, #site-description {
margin: 0 auto; text-align: center;
}
…in multiple locations in style.css but no soap. I actually don’t see a reference in style.css to title – only header, site structure, etc.
Would also like to play with the font while I’m at it. I am using child theme and have used Tiny Forge on other sites.
]]>Mobile version of my website using Tiny Forge Theme not working well. The main issue is as follows:
The menu bar (on mobile device) doesn’t show any item (such as about us, services, contact,) when the menu bar is clicked. Please how can I fix this? Thank you very much.
My website is https://www.myklinelectric.com. Please view this my website on any mobile device and click on the menu bar, then you will understand my issue better.
Thank you once again.
