Hello,
I set the 1 column in the global configuration

but its very narrow, and there is a big gap (Padding) between the right and the left,

What I want is to remove that and make the 1 column wider little bit, as I do not need the sidebar in my site I could not remove the side right and left white space.

I was unable to find out the callout function (which is only on the top in the free version, if I understood properly). I have no option into my customizer interface. And I don’t find the option on my page.
I understood that the callout is linked with the front-page model. Am I right?

I recently installed the Toivo Lite and the child theme Eemeli on my site psyphys.pro and none of the themes display the sidebar. It’s affecting all of the site and blog templates. (On another site I also run the Eemeli template and it’s working fine.) I can’t figure out what I’ve done wrong, and would appreciate any help.

Hi all.

Soon you’ll get an update of Toivo Lite theme.

The biggest change is that theme is now using WordPress Custom Logo feature. Before logo was from Jetpack plugin.

Unfortunately you might need to set up your logo again.

1. Go to Appearance >> Customize
2. In there go to Site Identity
3. Click Change logo and select your logo again
4. Save & Publish

List of all updates.

• Update using WordPress Custom Logo feature. Before logo was from Jetpack.
• Update media grapper script.
• Update theme tags.
• Fix skip to content script.
• Remove rel=”designer” from the footer.
• Add theme support for refresh widgets.
• Update screen-reader-text class by adding word-wrap: normal.
• Update screenshot.png.

I saw the Toivo Lite theme and the round picture in the header was perfect for the rest of my design line (papir, business card ect.) but i can not figure out how to get the round image ‘div’ to appear?!

The theme looks nothing like your beautiful theme, when I install it.
How do I get it more like yours? (so i can change it to my “style”)

I just updated all my plugins and themes. Some of the updates has affected my theme fonts i guess. Can someone please help me out with how to restore the default fonts of the theme. You can view the font on my site now after the update https://www.andrewtheexplorer.com the font on the menu bar has changed. even the font of the posts.

Is there a way to increase the testimonial’s thumbnail size and change the shape to square? ??

I have uploaded a logo for the banner on my website, but there is a grey layer over it which obscures the colours. How do I get rid of it? Also the height permitted for the background image in the banner is less than the 550 pixels it says the image can be. Why is this? The site can be seen at: https://e-access.co.uk/.

The header seems to be controlled by the id ‘masthead’ but I can find this in none of the css or JavaScript files. Where is it defined? Thanks for your help.

I was just wondering – where do you pull the post-navigation from for Toivo Lite?
I’d like to have “Next” on top of “Previous”, I’ve been through everything I can see and think of, switching any “next” code on top of the “previous” code.

Basically, rather than:
<div class=”nav-links”>
<div class=”nav-previous”></div>
<div class=”nav-next”></div>
</div>

I’d like to have:
<div class=”nav-links”>
<div class=”nav-next”></div>
<div class=”nav-previous”></div>
</div>

No matter what I seem to change though, I just can’t get next above previous!

I set a page as “homepage” and I would like to add a widget on this page.

I added a widget to “homepage” in the widget page but nothing appears. However, the other widgets that I added for the other pages (principal/main) also appear on the homepage while it shouldn’t.

All I want is to set different widgets for the home page and the other pages but it doesn’t work as it should.

I am using this theme and it is very cool, but since i’m using on russian website there are some problems with fonts. They are huge and ugly, and also are in UPPERCASE is some places.
How do i change fonts and font size?
I tried to change it is style.css but there are two CSS files – style and style.min. Which one is the one i need?

I am trying to figure out the necessary CSS adjustments to have the header image proportions be consistent on all devices, that is: display at 100% height and width at all viewport sizes.
(Another way of saying it might be: not to crop anything from the header image at any viewport size)

(I tried the solution from this thread and although it’s a great improvement there is still some cropping vertically or horizontally depending on the screen width)

I am podcasting through Seriously Simple Podcasting plug-in and really love the ease of publishing each podcast as a post that goes directly into my RSS feed.

Problem is, I cannot figure out how to get the Excerpt view to show on my homepage rather than full summary. The shownotes tend to be pretty long, so I feel like it’s not a great UX for folks to scroll all the way through details if post happens to not be relevant to them.

Anyway, I’ve tried going into “Reading” settings and changing to “Summary” instead of “Full”, and doesn’t change anything.

I’d be so thankful to have some assistance in being able to display these as summaries and letting my users drill in if relevant.

First of all, I LOVE this theme! Didn’t think I’d find anything I really liked until I found this.

I have one problem though, I’m trying to delete the recent posts, recent comments, categories and search widgets from the footer/subsidiary, but I can’t find where to do so. I’ve tried the widgets options in both the customizer and the WordPress Dashboard, but it says there are no widgets at all…

I figured out the only way I can “delete” those widgets is if I place one in it myself (I currenty have the search widget there), but if I delete it, the others come back.
