I have multiple sites (20) that have been using the basic TOTAL theme by HashThemes since 2017. I recommend this theme due to its ease of function and flexibility of use. I have not had to use any support during my use of this Theme.

I cannot recomend the TOTAL Theme highly enough.
The original theme used on my first wordpress website design a couple of years ago
and I haven’t any reason to change.
If there is ever any issue, the Support from HashThemes is second to none.
The most user friendly theme you could want.

I would advise against purchasing anything from Hash Themes. While their designs are beautiful, their customer service is atrocious. The representative I was in contact with was rude when addressing issues/questions. Their themes are great, but be sure you don’t have any questions, because you’ll be spoken down to.

Hello there
After using TOTAL theme 2 and 1/2 years I consider this theme as a very good choice. However, the incredible number of possible customizations of the theme and included plugins (slider, visual editor, anti-spam…) is a serious handicap for WordPress beginners.
Once accustomed, all these possibilities become a plus. Theme updates and plugins are regularly updated.
A little drawback arises recently (TOTAL version 4.9.2): the text of the “read more” button in the Blog excerpts IS translated, but IS NOT in the excerpts of a Post Grid. I’m looking forward to the next update.

Après utilisation du thème TOTAL pendant 2 ans 1/2, je considère ce thème comme un très bon choix. Cependant le nombre des personnalisations possibles du thème ainsi que des plugins inclus (slider, éditeur visuel, antispam…) est un sérieux handicap pour débuter dans WordPress.
Une fois pris en main, ses possibilités sont énormes. Mises à jour du thème et des plugins régulièrement fournies.
Un bémol en ce moment (version TOTAL 4.9.2): une anomalie apparue depuis une semaine ou deux dans la traduction fait que le bouton ?read more? pour lire la suite est en fran?ais dans les les extraits d’articles du Blog, mais n’est PAS TRADUIT dans les extraits d’une grille d’articles. J’attends au tournant la prochaine mise à jour.
