Hi,

The logo for this site usually displays fine. Until I view it on a mobile and start scrolling down the screen – then the logo sort squishes up (technical term).

Any ideas on how I can stop it from “squishing” up?

Hi there. Been using a paid version of Ultra Puro theme since 2016. Also use MetaSlider. Both are updated versions. But since about 2 to 3 months ago, the sticky header doesn’t stick anymore. The slider used to slide right the header with .9 opacity. But now, the header just disappears as the text is scrolled up. Burger menus in table/mobile mode also doesn’t drop down. Primary menus also don’t drop down anymore. Hmmmmm

I have since deactivated plug-ins save for MetaSlider, Classic Widget and Classic Editor. Not sure what else I could or should do. Thanks in advance.

I am not sure what has happened, but there is now a double scroll bar that appears on my homepage. I have even rolled back my homepage to a previous time when there was no double scroll bar. Please help! Thanks!

I have put a smart slider on the homepage. After that, the text on the page became invisible. How do I get that to show under the slider?

I am having an issue site wide that I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong or how to fix. I have put borders around all the images on the site, and for some reason, it’s adding an extra blank section under almost all the pictures. I can’t figure out why the few pictures that the border is showing up correctly on, are showing up that way. I have went into advanced control and tried moving paddings, margins, and vertical alignment, but nothing seems to affect this extra section. Thanks!

When I tried to optimize the Google Pagespeed score, I got the error message:

Warnings: Lighthouse was unable to automatically check the font-display value for the origin

Then I found out the problem was solved in the version of 5.13.0

Could you please check and do a fix?

I can’t seen to change the Single Product Image size, even after going into the WooCommerce customise settings and changing image size. It’s imperative that the images aren’t cropped. The idea is that the customer can see the gallery thumbnails On the product page.

Hi all,

My product images on my Woocommerce store arent aligned, due to different product image sizes. It’s important that these images are kept un-cropped since I tried doing this several times and had to reinstall product images. The product text needs to be aligned.

Themify options suggest the Products are in a grid and the masonry box unchecked. Any ideas for this?

Hi all,

I’m using Themify Ultra and Elementor? Strange I know. Anyways, when in mobile mode, the header is enlarged and the logo blown up, but as you scroll down it goes back to normal. Unsure which theme is causing the issue, but most editing has been done via Themify.

How would I get it back to displaying in normal size? Many thanks for any future help.

Bear with me, as I’m new to WP. In the process of editing the Ultra Premium theme. I cannot figure out how to get rid of the top bar menu. I have clicked through, what feels like every single option. Under customize > menus > …I only have the primary and the secondary menu. It doesn’t even show the top bar menu. This menu also shows “#18 (no title)” as one of the landing pages.
I’m not even seeing the top bar menu when I’m in the customization area. Only when I go to the actual website.
What am I missing!?

My mobile menu doesn’t get displayed as a block with three lines it gets displayed as a full menu with everything typed out meaning it takes over the whole page. when I start scrolling down it does sick and shrinks but the words still get displayed over the website. I have tried quite a few things would someone be able to give me advice on this?

I am using a free version of the Ultra theme. Can I use the Themify Ultra theme builder and import demo websites to build my site?

I am getting the following error whenever I try to crop any image while uploading the header image: ‘There has been an error cropping your image.’

I have been facing this issue for quite some time now. I checked this issue online but I was not able to understand the solutions as it was too technical for me given that I am just a beginner.

With the advent of the new WordPress Tool “Site Health”, 4 site that I use Ultra on are showing one critical error:
“Your site could not complete a loopback request.
Loopback requests are used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for themes and plugins to verify code stability.
The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10003 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”

These 4 sites are all on the same host. I called them, but he was unfamiliar with this, and of no help.

I have other sites on the same host with different themes, and they do not show this error.

There’s nothing recent in the error log.

I’ve looked in the forums, and they seem to point to server config issues, but I wanted to check with you to see if you have come across this, or if this theme requires certain settings that others may not and can give me more information that I can take back to the host if that is indeed the issue.

I just noticed that the mobile menu on the ipad no longer shows the 3 lines, but just a box instead. I checked Safari, Edge, Chrome, and Firefox and they all show the same. Also, on my desktop, if I re-size the window down, it shows a code (F0C4??) rather than the “hamburger” menu.

There seems to be a strange problem with outbound link visibility where articles on my site that clearly have outbound links are not showing up in reports to have any outbound links when checked using 3rd party tools like AHREF. Specifically I was told “it looks like the content is actually contained in a container within the HTML”

I am not sure how long this has been a problem, but could it be related to this recent update?: Adjusted page link styling for changed HTML structure.

In Chrome it is displayed correctly. In Internet Explorer unfortunately only in white.

Hi to everybody, I have a problem on visualizing the font “Century Gothic” chosed as default font for the site in construction with Ultra theme (very usefull). I setted the font in the customization/typography panel in “Standard web fonts/Century Gothic” and with some lines in the css custom pannel (.main-navigation ul li a).
I tested it in my workstation and I could see correctly the text font.
In my laptop not, I noticed that the font “Century Gothic” where not installed in the system, once installed the font where correct.
Tested on smartphone i can not see the font; it display default sans serif font.
I scare in others devices it will be not possible to display the font, somebody can see it? Any suggestion about my issue?

Hello, I downloaded this theme on WordPress about a month ago to develop my website. I used page builder and widget bundles for content purposes. Unfortunately when I substituted the Ultra slider with my own slider picture, several things wouldn’t work: Though the Max Mega Menu is enabled, it cannot be seen in the header. 2) The title of my website, Ann Wagner Live, can no longer be seen either. IPage (hosting company), has been trying to help me resolve this issue for a week. The domain is https://www.annwagnerlive.com. Somehow I need to get a menu bar for navigation purposes and the title of my website at the top. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

How to remove google fonts and link to google fonts in head section?

I want to add a captcha to the comments. I installed Google reCaptcha plugin, but it doesn’t display automatically. On the side it says to use the shortcode [bws_google_captcha] where you want it, but I can’t because I need it before the “post comment” button.

The plugin’s author has a page that says why it isn’t displaying automatically: https://support.bestwebsoft.com/hc/en-us/articles/202352479-Google-Captcha-reCAPTCHA-is-not-displaying-on-my-comments-form, which implies that I may have to edit code to do this, which I prefer not to do.
If this plugin can’t work with Ultra, can you recommend another plugin that does? I just used this one because I’m using google’s reCAPTCHA with contact form 7 plugin.

Hi,

I am testing a full-width layout with a centered header layout so that the “custom logo” is centered and the menu is below it rather than to the right.

My custom logo (header settings) is originally 1607px x 250px, and I want it to go the full width. The same image on the original site (different theme which is being replaced) is displaying 900 wide on my screen by 140 high.

Using Ultra, right now it’s displaying approx 591px wide and 92 high. Is there a way to make it go the full width (no matter what size screen)?

Is this a paid version option?

I’m switching a site from Atahualpa to Ultra, and testing the switch. When I switch to Ultra, my footer widget appears in the sidebar, and my sidebar widgets either appear in the footer or are put into inactive widgets. I moved them all in Ultra, but had to switch back to the old theme to fix something else, and when I switched back to Ultra again, they had all been moved again. When I switch back to atahualpa, they are in the right places.

Is there any fix for this? It’s a pain because I have a lot of widgets, and I want to get the site just right before I make the final switch.

Meanwhile, I’m researching it, but just in case you already know… Also, I have another, very similar site I’m going to do the same thing with.

I have used Fast Secure Contact Form in the past, but I see it is no longer in the repository due to a new owner re-writing it with ads or something. I tried one from WPBeginners, but so far it’s not working, so I thought I’d ask you if you could recommend one. Thanks in advance!

Hi, my site is working fine except I’m getting mixed content warnings because of one image, which is the background image accessible at:

Customizing ? Theme Design ? Content Header ? Background Image

No other images on the site are causing this issue, and I’ve tried disabling the image and SSL then works fine. Somehow the image in the header is being called with http rather than https despite the rest of the site doing otherwise.

I’m running the latest version of WordPress multisite with Ultra Premium.

When your theme is installed/activated, it prompts to install Page Builder by Site Origin. On two sites on which I’ve used your theme, I decided to go with Beaver Builder instead. Works fine, BUT on the edit screen, there are TWO tabs that say Page Builder, one next to the “Text Editor” tab above “Add Media” and “Add Slider”. This is the Beaver Builder. There is another next to the tabs for “Visual” and “Text”, and when I go to this tab, it prompts me to install the Site Origin page builder. Is this something built into your theme? Is there a way to disable it? It’s confusing to me, and certainly will be for my clients. I didn’t install the SiteOrigin builder on either site.

Hi, I know that you only have link color settings in the upgrade version. I did see a forum post in which you had a link to github with the css references, but that link no longer works, I get a page not found. I haven’t found another post that addresses the issue. Would it be possible to get the references so I can change the link color? Thanks.

I generally have a 2 column lay-out with the Site Origin golden ratio in the main content panel. I’d like to have the same ratio in my header between the headline and breadcrumb. How do I make this change?
