Thank you for creating such a wonderful theme.

One thing I noticed is that the read more link appears as mehr regardless of the user language.

Line 69 in /template-parts/content.php currently has:

  echo '<p>' . '<span class="verdandi-excerpt"><a href="' . esc_url(get_permalink()) . '">' . esc_html(get_the_excerpt()) . '<span class="verdandi-more">&nbsp;|&nbsp;mehr</span></a></span></p>';

It might be good to set this to English and then allow the language overrides to modify the theme for those running websites in other language.
