VW Charity NGO Pro Slider Mobile Optimization Issue

There is what seems to be a mobile optimization issue with the VW Charity NGO Pro theme. The slider below the header appears fine within the WordPress customization page when viewing as a mobile device, but does not reflect the correct scaling and proportions when viewing the site.

I believe this issue may require development or some code editing within theme editor.

We are setting up our website with your theme and the slider will not slide to show other pages. The arrows are there, but when you click on them nothing happens. What do we need to do to fix this?

I’m trying to figure out how to adjust the location of the slide’s page name and summary towards the bottom near the scholarship bar like in the tutorials.

I’m also trying to find the location of the width settings to bring the slideshow in to the width of the main container instead of the full width of the page.

Its the same on any browser, device or os.
